  1. Ive had my work permit for about 8 months. Now I want to join the AirForce. I know its not possible since we're not here permanently but there isnt another way? Do we get some sort of "relief" since we have a social and a work permit to get residency somehow? Thank you.

    I got that same thing last month and I got my EAD in the same month. So You're close to approval. But for me, all they needed was an I.D. DId you give them a I.D?

  11. Okay so its been 6 months already. USCIS sent me a notice saying, "On April 10, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION that you filed" What does this mean?!

    I live in Orlando, Fl and I had no luck finding somewhere to do it for free or cheap. I found one and I'm paying $1200. The lawyer was willing to make a contract that i pay him $100 a month because I couldnt pay him in full at the time. So far my step father paid him $400. Its not really a big deal and I'm positive I will get approved so I can pay the rest faster and soon:)

  15. People told me that I would be able to see my case after Biometrics. I had that done on December 3rd. And my case does not come up at all. It says your case cannot be found. I've tried this so many times. I used both case numbers also and nothing:/ Has anyone one else had this problem too? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a good day

  26. I'm curious on how people will use their EAD once they get it. Honestly, I can really feel everyone's anxiety! When are we going to be approved!? We all know how it feels to have a life without direction. Like that "What now?" feeling. But thats starting to go away. I plan to go to the Air Force in a couple of years. I just graduated Highschool and once I get my EAD I plan working full time at WetnWild;D And I plan to be moving in an apartment with a couple of my amigos this summer. I just hope in these upcoming years that congress will pass the dream act so I can enlist into the Air Force.

  32. Hi my name is Jesus:) Anyway, I'm pretty sure USCIS is expecting an increase of applications for DACA since Obama has won re-election. This means that USCIS could possibly be backed a little in these upcoming months for sure. Its hard to say that people who sent their request on October will be approved by December. I'm one of those october people:p Anyway, I highly recommend for anyone that hasnt applied yet to apply now and quickly! Best of luck to all of you. And for those who already got their EADs, I wish you the best in life. Oppurtunities like this rarely happen, but because of us, it did happen. Tootaloo;)
