You already got approved??

Hopefully is sooner than that b/c there are some people that got approved a week after they received the evidence so I'm hoping for next week for him!! On the other hand I called the attorney and they told me they will send the evidence by weds.!!! It makes me upset because I paid $30 on thursday so they will receive it next day since I live in indy and the attorney is in Chicago!! So I have no idea when USCIS will receive my evidence

Those attorneys take their sweet time to send things I called and they havent send it yet I'll have to call tomorrow again to pressure them to send it! Hopefully his status changes again next week to approved!!

I will!! And you let us know when your bf gets approved since he was the first one the sent his info ok??

The attorney wanted me to send all the documents to him so he just received them this morning, he is going to send them to Uscis today hopefully they receive it soon and get approved as well since I have been waiting a while now! STAYING POSITIVE!

Yeah I was just reading that a few minutes ago but still makes me nervous I also hope to get approved soon since i have been waiting for so long!

I was going to ask you if he got approved but remembered that you said he got his ref on the 11th let me know when he gets approved please!!

I just hope and pray that after they receive what they want I get approved I mean the only crime i committed was driving without a license

The weird part is that i did my bio appt. on oct 19th and went to court on nov 15th and then on the 20th they told me to go downtown to get my fingerprints and picture! How did they know?

But I haven't never been arrested do I still need to do that? Oh and I already have the police report since I was going to use it for insurance purposes so I'll send that

Calidreamer Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! I was just reading your previous posts about your bf's RFE going to his attorney and the light bulb went on! I called them yesterday but the attorney was in court and the secretary wasn't there i told them to call me ASAP but they didn't! So after seeing your post I decided to call them again and BAM! They told me they received it on Saturday or monday!! It bothers me that they didn't let me know! But right now I need to work on getting the evidence together! So here is what happened the week that they sent the packet some idiot crashed into me!! Some people don't pay attention when changing lanes! So we called the police so we can do an insurance claim from there everything went downhill because obviously I don't have a drivers license I called my bf before the police came so they wouldn't take my car! But when the police knew I didn't have a license he put whatever he wanted on the police report he stated that it was my fault that I crashed into the car!!! There were cameras at that corner I wanted to take them to court soooo bad but I knew that I would only lose my time doing that! He gave me a ticket and sent me to court! When I went to court they sent me to get processed and there they took my finger prints and picture! Then I paid $350 and case closed! Now I need to go to the court house to get a certified court disposition! I'm going to send that and also the ticket, public defender info, diversion program paper which i paid 300 for so that in 2 yours they will take that charge from my record unless I get another charge, receipt of payment and I'm also thinking of sending the police report even though the police clearly lied! Sorry that its so long!

Thank you Jose I called them and they told me to call back on Feb 27th I received two texts on the 4th and 12th of this month apparently they only know about the 12th! I hope I receive it soon

I got 2 texts one on the 4th of feb and one today stating that they sent me a RFE but I haven't received nothing in the mail!!! Has this happened to anyone before??? HELP!! I hope I receive it soon but its weird how they sent me the text twice!

I really really hope this the case!! I need to stay positive! I was starting to think that they lost my folder! And was getting ready to yell to my attorney because I paid him $1700 and heard of people applying at the end of nov and already got approved and they didnt even used an attorney! But hey that was the risk I took so I need to suck it up! Lol but I just wish that I'm close to the end of the tunnel! I'm crossing my fingers

I paid a lawyer and still waiting since sept 17th or oct 19th for bio appt.

Now that I'm reading this it seems that they might not have enough evidence for 2012 I can't recall if I sent paychecks or not! Probably not or I would remember! Darn it!

Oh my god after waiting since sep17th I finally got a response but not the one I wanted!! they are requesting more evidence this doesnt make sense since I sent more than enough evidence! I'll have to see what they need! I cant believe it!
