  1. Does anyone know if it applies to every person under DACA or like I've heard in some places it's for those who entered the country illegally. http://abcnews.go.com/m/story?id=19329999 I really hope this isn't true, without a license how will we drive to work or school? I don't want to have to drive with my heart in mouth risking getting a ticket all the time. I want to do this the right way. Smh -.-
  2. I have three online shipping receips. One for December 2011 and two for January 2012. I have a gym membership from 2009. My passport doesn't have any stamps that I flew anywhere because I did not left the country at all. So I'm sending copies of that. And I'm thinking about getting two Affidivits, one from someone that can testify where I've lived and that I've been present. And another from a company I've helped translating stuff for. How does that sound? I have nothing else. It so stressful.
  3. I got an RFE today, I graduated high school in 2009. That's the last thing I have under my name. No bank account, no tickets, no contracts.. Everything was basically put under my mother's name or my boyfriends. I'm freaking out. What can I send? Help! Thanks in advance.
  4. My sister and I both applied October 13, i went to our biometrics November 20, she went November 21. She received her work permit yesterday February 21 (3 months exactly since her bio) and I (who went to the biometrics first) am still on initial review. Maybe it's because she's younger (she's 18 and i'm 22) and is still in High school as opposed to me who is not going to school at the moment ... I don't really know. Has anyone gone through something similar?
  5. Initial Review?

I'm on the same boat as you. My sister and I both applied October 16, i went to our biometrics November 20, she went November 21. She received her work permit yesterday February 21 (3 months exactly since her bio) and I (who went to the biometrics first) am still on initial review. Maybe it's because she's younger and is still in High school... I don't really know. Has anyone gone through something similar?
  6. After you've been approved, do you have any plans for college? I live in Florida, and it seems that every college (the cheapest) i look into i would have to pay $10,000 tuition for two terms per year (which would of course come out of my own pocket) due to not qualifying for financial aid and getting charged with an out of state tuition. I'm not gonna lie, but seeing those numbers terrify me. My main goal right now, as i imagine yours too, is to go back to school and get an education i can depend on. Are there any other options? Are there any loans or scholarships we can apply for? Or are you currently going to school? any advice? this is too frustrating!!! If there's any information regarding this subject that you think could help, please comment below. I hope i'm not in this alone! Thanks in advance
