My application was accepted Aug 30th and my bio was Oct 4th and I'm still waiting......... Impatiently.

I've been waiting since August............. Halp!!! Ugh I should have gotten mine by now. my timeline: Date application sent : August 23, 2012 Lockbox application was sent to : Arizona Mailing method : through attorney; USPS Date delivered : August 27, 2012 Date of acceptance e-mail or text : August 30, 2012 Date of biometrics appointment : October 4, 2012 (did not do walk-in, went on this day) Service center: California Date of EAD approval : Pending

Waiting since my application was accepted 27th(?) (check my signature below for exact dates).. I have never left the States, graduated from Cal and I have absolutely nothing on my record. I came here when I was 15 and I'm 24 as of now. Also to my knowledge, removal proceedings, deportations can affect continuous residence... :/ are you sure that you being sent back to Mexico is not listed in any records? If you were sent back and if they also took your fingerprints, wouldn't all of that be in the records and possibly counted as removal proceedings?

Thanks! They should have a better system to where more people who applied sooner get approvals accordingly! It's so out of whack, everyone's timeline I mean.

I went in for biometrics on the 10/4 and I'm still waiting. :/ It seems a lot longer than some people so I have been worried. I hope I hear back from them soon.

My biometrics was 10/04 and my status is still stuck at initial review... I've been really stressed out about the outcome of this.. I applied from Los Angeles. Do you think it has to do with a lot of people applying from LA county? My attorney reassured me as well that it must be taking longer than other places because it's Los Angeles. Is this necessarily true? Your input would be much appreciated! Please reply away Also I had nothing sketchy about application. I graduated from a four year college in Dec 2010 and have no suspicious activities.
