I am soo happy! I got my work permit today. Finally after being in this country for 24 years since I was 7 Years old I am now here legal! Just wanted to share the good news with everyone . I don't comment much on here, but I read a lot of y'all posts and to the ones that have not been approved yet, just be patient. You will get approved soon!

Danny- Just wait for the SSA to confirm with INS that you are good. You don't need to do anything just wait and be patient

My application was transferred to Nebraska from Vermont on March 20th and I got approved a month later.

Thanks! Just a little advice- After you get your DACA card, I recommend waiting a few days to apply for your Social Security to give it time for the INS systems to update into the SS system. I went too soon and they were not updated yet and now I have to wait until they manually confirm my status with the INS before they can issue my SS. This will add a couple more weeks for me to get my SS. I went 5 days after I got DACA approved. Apparently there are a lot of delays in getting the SS due to going to apply too soon.
