so I noticed getting sick since I found out about my lawyers unproffesional work with my daca application..I been way too stressed getting stuffs together from scratch for him to send back with my rfe....I know I should get my self together and be strong for me and my family but this has affected me way too much...I started with not being able to sleep to nightmares then thinking too much about my application then migraines....all of a sudden I'm all tired...sleepy. ..I'm not hungry...and I feel sick. ..I wish all tgis was over

Anyone included paystubs as evidence even though it has a fake social security number? ??

So after a stressfull week not knowing where the rfe letter uscis sent was...my lawyer finally found it...before he sent my application I took him three folders of evidence. ..which he never add to my application. .apparantly he only sent basic information..so there you go I need more evidence for 2007/3008/2010/2011..I have a lot of papers..can someone help me with ideas of what important papers to send??? And can I send originals or they have to be copies???? And do they have to be for every single month in order??? Please help!!!???

My application was received on September 13. I had my fingerprints on October 23..my case been updated twice with a rfe..the first time was on February 13, I never received the letter. After calling uscis so many times about it apparantly it was a computer error. We file a service request and they respond with a letter saying that my case was under review and I should receive a response by the end of April. April 5 my case was updated to another rfe..days went by and I never got my letter..yesterday I called immigration..(yes I have an attorney ..last time I met with him was when I paid him)..until this point I'm the one calling immigration to get updates on my case !!. After emails and calling him and no word back..so I called immigration to find out if my case was another computer error update or what's going on?...I was transfer to an officer and he was very strict with the update..he said this time they sent a real rfe letter that my attorney should have got already and that he hasn't respond. The officer said they will not send anymore letters if there was ever an adress change my attorney was responsible for all those changes..he said if we didn't respond to this last letter my case will be denied. I started crying .what have I done wrong I did everything I could to make this possible and now my case can be denied for the attorney mistake! !! Have anyone switch attorney or been thru a similar case???

Difference between INITIAL Evidence and request for ADDITIONAL Evidence .??..

My case was updated to this "on March 5 we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence for this case " anyone knows what this means ????

I don't know what's taking so long for my approval....I have like no criminal record. .I been here since I was 4 now im 25. I had all my school records..medical record..everything they asked for. The only thing I could think of was getting married a few months before DACA was passed. Could that slowed down my process ? All my friends that applied same time I did but are not married received there approvals..has anyone been in the same situation as I am ??

Have anyone been thru this. ??? On February 13 my case was updated to a RFE. ..a request letter that I never received...two weeks went by after talking to my lawyer he decided to file a service request for my case and inquired on my RFE letter that we never received..today I received two letters from Usci a response to the service request stating that I was still in the review process and I should received a response soon. The second letter stating that a RFE was never needed for my case. Have anyone been thru this ???????

So I have to admit I been so stressed and depressed lately...waiting for an answer is affecting my daily living..im a strong girl..I was so happy since I started the process.. it made me happy to have this opportunity. But things changed since my status was updated to a RFE. Its been hard..I couldn't take it anymore and I just cried and cried yesterday asking myself why is this happening to me?..all my friends got approved...all i want is to succeed. my whole future is sitting in someones office waiting to be approve by an unknown person.. :'(

So yesterday I called usci to ask about why i have not receive my rfe letter and they told me its within 15days to receive the letter and they will not give out any information... ..so here I am still waiting. ..this Friday will be 15 days since my status was updated to a RFE

Like really ??!!! Whyyyy ... North Carolina are freezing dreamers licenses accounts . They will not give licenses or any state id until further notice when they decide on the requirements. So why they keep making everything too difficult..we need our licenses to get to school. .work !! THAT MEANS MORE WAITINGGGGG.

Thanks for your words amor...it was just very dissapointing finding out about my lawyer not sending my stuff like he should. ..and all my friends getting approved while I got screwed by this lawyer. It hit me all at once and I felt helpless. .I'm a strong person and ill keep my head up high
