I told him that my case will be denied fir his mistake and all he say was that if it was to be denied he will adk for an extension to have more time tosend uscis what they need ...like NOOO...I don't want my case extended I want it cleared now!!

I tried getting the letter from him..he claims he never got it.. I think he lost it..all he said was that he was going to fix this...like really !!!???....

April 5 I never received the letter. I contacted my lawyer and he didn't even bother to check my case..I had to let him know about the update..I showed up at his office yesterday and all he kepy saying was not to worry that he will fix everything. .I AM WORRIED. .TIME IS RUNNING. .and he is not helping. .the immigration officer said it was a 30days notice to respond to the rfe

Same situation here. Lol. I never went to change mines I only have iy on my marriage certificate

Hey I know every state is different. .but did you change your last name to your married name or you just have the marriage certificate ?

All my documents had my single name on them..only my passport had my marriage last name on it. And we didn't send the marriage certificate. Have you been approved ,?

I hope so. I don't even know what my lawyer sent. He was supposed to give me a copy of my application and he never did. Last time wr met was to pay him smdh....

Marriage license. .I got married a few months before daca was passed and we forgot to send the marriage license.

Yes I have. And all they say is to wait. Is still on review. They say I should received a response by next week if I don't get anything to call them back by the end of this month :-/ -
7 months since my application was received and still waiting. .. :-(

so I called uscis today to see if they had any ipdates on my case and I guess I was transfer to the "level 2 officer" she said that my case was still under review but since it exceeded regular time she was going to send a request to the officet reviewing my case and that I should receive a response within 30days...I guess more waiting !!! WTF

It happened to me! !! They updated my status to a REF that I never received. .when we contacted immigration they said that disregard the update. .6 weeks ago and im still waiting! ! 7months since I apply for DACA -

officially 6 months since Vermont received my application for DACA...and one month since my Uscis updated my status to a RFE which was an error. Only God knows knows

im getting so f!#@&!/ frustated. ..I need my approval ..I have to work! ! my financial situation is not helping ..and this waiting ughhh wtf Vermont !!
