My lawyer filed a service request. .and I got the letter today saying that I was still in the review process and that I should receive a response to my case soon. -
Well hopefully I don't get a real RFE and I get approve for my case!

I got two letters f om Usci saying I should receive a response to my case soon ...after we did a service request!

15days since my status was updated to a RFE and I still haven't receive the letter !!!!

A lot of those were "system errors" so maybe there wasn't one at all!! Stay calm

They received my application on September 13

I feel so depressed. .almost everyone I know got there permit already and I haven't. ...then I called my lawyer for the second time this week and no call back... crying

I feel you, i feel the same way but our time is gonna come soon and just remember things happen at the right time not one minute before or 2 seconds later, its exactly at the right time so God knows why he does things, I did my biometrics nov 5 and i'm still waiting, my case actually got transferred from vermont to nebraska this week so yea i've been feeling down but we have to keep on going , we are in our last round

Yes. And that's how long I waited until my case was updated to a RFE. Idk. I think I Been waiting too long for the letter they send. I just called my lawyer for the second time and he will get back to me within 2 days..like really! !!

only my passport had my married name on it. I should of send the marriage license but I went base on what my lawyer ask... :-/

I didn't change my name but my passport has my spouse last name..I don't know if that makes sense..but I think they will request my marriage license idk..still waiting

Oooh wow! I wished my lawyer informed me of this..my passport had my married name and all my other documents had my single name on. I didn't send my marriage license fml..more waiting I guess
