im not sure you can call and ask what type of identification you can use i used my matricula consular

i also have eczema on my hands and the day of my bios it got worse and the lady had a hard time getting my fingerprints but i havent received anything that says i might have to redothem -
just look for information on them like articles use google you will find something that will let you know if they support immigration or not
