  2. Rejection.

    Okay, friends.... I have been rejected. But, they said I've been invited to resubmit my application package after I have corrected the reasons for rejection. My reason for rejection: "This is in reference to the I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, you submitted. Your I-821D fees, and any supporting documentation is being returned to you for the following reason(s): You must sign your application in the signature block if you are 14 years of age or older. Your parent or guardian may sign their name in the signature block if you are younger than 15. Your signature or a parent's or guardian's signature in the 'Signature of person preparing form, if other than above' block is not a valid signature for this purpose." Alrighty. Is this because I didn't use a signature signature? I somewhat wrote in print, because I don't have a signature signature. Assist me if you can.

  6. No problemo. Just check the threads and the signatures of everyone. You'll see. I pray for the people who have been waiting much longer than I did. It's crazy. Smh.
  7. I think that may be enough. Now all you can do is wait. 2 weeks isn't as bad as I've seen some others had to wait. Give it some more time. It'll come. Just pray about it. I will pray for you as well.

      Package sent to Texas LockBox: December 1st, 2012

      Date of I-797C Notice of Action: January 7th, 2013

      Date of Biometrics Appointment: February 5th, 2013

      Request For Evidence Received: June 5th, 2013

      Request For Evidence Sent Back: June 21st, 2013

      RFE Received by USCIS on: June 24, 2013

      APPROVED!!!!: July 10, 2013

  10. You should hear something back soon. Just be patient. I was just approved today, and they needed evidence for all of the five years. Don't rattle your brain thinking about it, because it'll just cause stress and anxiety. Lol. Easier said than done, I know.

      Make sure you provide EXACTLY was is needed and maybe some extra supporting documentation, and you will be good to go...wish you success Bro!

    I applied on December 1st, had a couple issues on my form where I didn't sign my name correctly and they sent it back twice (lol), and I took my biometrics on February 5th. Fortunately, Vermont isn't dealing with my application. So things may go a little faster. Either way, I won't worry myself with it. I know the approval day will come.

  22. I took my biometrics on 2/5! I'm excited to see what's next. I thank God for the ability to go through this process!

      Patients I read you are a patient person I'm not so it was kind of hard some days but the best news I can tell you is its worth the wait!! Congrats and on applying and this site really help with any questions you have were all a great support system :) good luck

  23. What do you plan to do after you get your EAD?

    I'm going to get my SSN, then a driver's license, and after I acquire those two I am going to join the military. Still debating between the army and navy. I'm no punk, so either doesn't matter to me. Lol.
