Hey guys has anybody travel outside the United States? My brother and I already got approved for advance parole to go to our native country (Mexico). We are schedule to go on March 14, 2014 by plane. I am excited and SCARE at the same time by when I return back to the US. Even though, we hired a lawyer and he did all the paper work for us I still can't help to be scare. Has anybody been to their native country and gotten back with any issues? Please share with me your experiences. Thank you guys in advance! Should I keep worrying???

Okay guys, i have a question. If the immigration reform passes, what exactly are we getting with this???? Will be allow to join the military right away? Will be able to travel without humanitarian reasons? Is it true we will be able to apply for immediate citinzenship after 5 years? Can any one please answer these questions! Thank you!

Okay guys I recently got approve the 11th of Dec, but I have a question regarding rescining (cancelling). I'm about to go apply for my social security number...but I heard that if a person has a ITIN number MUST surrender it. How try this is? What are the consequences of not doing it? What about if you don't have it because you loose it? Any ond know answer to this question, I will appreciate any responses!

Hey guys in this topic lets talk about approvals and experiences. Okay here is my timeline: Applied for deffered action: August 15, 2012 USCIS delivered: September 26, 2012. ( I know right it took over a month) Letter of notice in mail: September 29, 2012. Biometrics appoitment: October 29, 2012 Request for Evidence Notification: November 15, 2012 (Continuous presence in the US 08 - present) Sent back evidence: November 28, 2012 RFE Received: December 3, 2012. Approval: ONLY GOD KNOWS!!!! What do yall think guys, do yall think I'm getting close to approval????

Ok guys I paid a total of $1000 for everything. I paid $465 for the paperwork, $500 for the lawyer fees, and $35 for the overnight delivery. I am glad I already got approved. I hope to not rehire him for renewal.

When they sent me receipt of notice it was Monday. When they sent me the biometric letter it was a Monday. When they sent me an RFE it was a Thursday. When I got approved it was a Monday. Waiting time from beginning to ending : August 20 - December 11.

You should be approve anytime soon Be patient! My brother and me file the same day its been 3 weeks now and he hasnt been approve yet.
