    the approval was on 4/29....and no news on the EAD, i will check the bio appointment letter since you brought up a good point. i hope if the biometrics was for both applications that the EAD comes in during the next few weeks!...keep us posted on how your case turns out.

    This is interesting i wonder if CA is having some issues with the EAD approvals. since my sister just got DACA approved but her EAD still reads initial review, but no call from USCIS has come in yet though, we are hoping we get the approval notice this week, since from what i've seen the EAD approval always comes after just a few hours of the DACA one. has anyone had this issue as well?

  16. i stapled my bank accounts to make sure they were together and got approved. i made sure i had them organized in the order that they have the checklist at the USCIS web. i also used paper clips on many things that i felt needed to stay together like my diplomas from elementary through college.

      yeah that's true and im taking 12 units this time so excited to get all stressed out!!!!! and finally taking classes that involve my major lol (political science) !!!!!!!

  25. I don't understand this long wait.......is not like they are giving us full legalization...its just a work permit....ugh!!!....most of us are students anyways..not criminals...so why all this waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I know the waiting times are ridiculous it's dumb supposedly they hired more people to help out with the cases so they wouldn't take so long but I don't know let's hope we get news soon

  28. i just spoke to USCIS and they told me to expect an actual meeting with immigration within the next 30 days has anyone done this or heard this before???? its soo confusing....

      Thats odd, maybe the lady gave another person information. Check your status on the USCIS page and see if they updated your case. Or call again tomorrow verify if the information you got is correct.
