I was being told that you should start counting days since bio appointment. thats when it begins.they said waiting time is between 4-6 months since many are applying and it also depends on your center. my is Nebraska and it is the slowest. Where is your center?. I applied at the same time you did and my bio was sceduLED FOR 10/12/2012. I am still waiting for respone plus there has been holiday season and elections so they prolly did not approve whole lote before election. dont worry all of us will be fine as thedy are approving majority of cases.

I am still waiting for mine as well. Mine bios appt was on same day as yours and my application is at nebraska as well. As up to today 12/18/2012 i am still waiting

Date application received by USCIS- Nov 13th 2012 Receipt date - Nov 14th 2012 USCIS center- Nebraska Bio metric date- Oct 12th 2012 Decision- still pending Has anyone got approval who applied in same time frame as me or after me at Nebraska location? Getting little nervous since it is taking long. plus it sounds strange that majority applied in November and December have got approval and more cases are pending for ones who applied in september
