I have sent my application in on Oct. 3 and already had biometrics and i am still waiting for any response. Ugh, I feel like it is taking florida a while to process the cases from here.

I found a free lawyer to help fill out my application on the USCIS website. Here is the link http://www.justice.gov/eoir/statspub/raroster_files/raroster_orgs_reps_state_city.htm I just payed the fee. -

A friend and I got free legal help from a program in Florida that help with immigration issues. He applied like two weeks before i did and we are both still in the same boat. An other friend did hers with a notario and she got approved right away. -
