goin on to 8 month and the way I see I, when I used to see approvals I used to be happy for the person but sad for myself, but at the end of the day i've been thru the hardest part nd now as it gets later in date, it gets closer to get a response so dont lose hope to everyone still waiting.

Not really, think about it you have to be enrolled in school at 16 if you arent you have some kind of documented reason to y you arent. So thats y everyone is showing proof from school to show they have been here, unfortunately.

idk if this has been asked before but does anyone know if having a child who is a us citizen would help your application especially considering you have to provide for them?

are you talking about the DACA application??
having birth records and medical records showing that you're the parent of said child will help in proving residency but as far as just having a child and being approved for DACA, i dont think it will work that way.
also, on the I-765WS you can state that the reason your need a EAD, is to provide for your child
in regards to any other immigration area, said child will not be able to do anything for you until he/...

They can tell you they are doing the August 31st app nd they are. I called them 3 Weeks ago nd they told me that, so I called again yesterday nd they told me the same thing but apparently they can see on comp an update on which applications are being processEd right now so when their computer updates they can give us different date of applications are being processed then.

my case was transferred on march 11th from Vermont to Nebraska nd still nothing. I just cant wait till I receive that letter in the mail with my approval.

so I called uscis today sence they accepted my app on Oct 1st nd i've been wating for a while, nd when I called they said i've past the 6 month wating time so she tried to do a service request nd she said she couldnt because they are only doing August 31st apps nd to check back in in a few week Cus they are processing them by dates I guess. all I can do is wait

ok so I called uscis nd the wait is after your app is accepted and not after bios. Also I was able to file a service request for I-765, nd they acvepted app Oct 1st nd nios December 10. nd btw they said if u feel you might not have enough evidence, u can set up appointment to meet with officer, who will let you know if and wat info is needed....good luck guys

I called uscis and they said the 6 month wait starts when they receive app not after you take bios. so they said that they received it on Oct 1 nd bios doneDecember 10 so they said to call back on April first which is when my 6 months are up. idk how much to believe them.

watching "which way home" a documentary of kids crossing the border on those deadly trains, trying to look for a better life and it shows the real struggle. if you feel bad about wating, just watch this documentary nd it will make you feel better about your wating process.....pray for those in worse situations then us nd be grateful

Yeah there is two theories bout that Ctually, one is that there is a demon or dead.person walking past you or trying to eneter your body while you sleep. Second is the scientific theory witch is that your body is asleep but you mind is awake. Its happen to me before nd to be honest it stoped after I took down any mirrors in my room that were agains wall leading outside, supposedly spirits can enter your house if you have a mirror whos backside leads outside.

Chochoz I know that took you a day just to type that down, nd you gotta make your money to keep them hoes on check? you should be doing it for your family nd yourself bra. Nd to those who arent approved, I can see y you guys are frustrated when you hear ppl complain bout not having jobs nd make us wish we were in their shoes but we are not so we cant talk shit when we are not in their situation. We will all get approved soon nd for now we just need to hold each other down.
