    so when does the count Dow really start, when app was accepted or after bios? im so effin confused ugh.

      i heard it starts once they receive your application. sometimes when you call, they ask you for the receive date of your application and not the date of your bios. idk, i could be wrong.

      yes from the day they received your app I think that's what they told my sister when she called uscis

      Does it really matter? Haven't we seen some ppl get approved in less than a month...some of us are just sadly destined to wait, period! Wait wait and wait...lol
