Hi everyone, Has any body personality file for divorce in CA this is for my brother. He is in CA but doesn't know where to start I just want to help him out. He was only married for months. He had to move 2 hrs away (WORK MOVED) and she couldn't (WORK REASONS). The never lived together. It was just a one day thing which turn out to be a huge mistake, and now he's trying to get divorced two years after. His wife (the girl) has agreed to file for Uncontested Divorce as well as Irreconcilable Differences (NO LOVE) No children Nor such properties exist. What forms should he file? Does he need to make a letter to the judge explaining? What should I tell him to do first? I don't think he should pay a lawyer. Do you guys advice a lawyer? To me it seems simple and clear they both don't want to be together. Since she had been dating other guys for the past 2 years. How about his bank account he has a lot of money from his savings. How is that going to work? Will she have access to that money? Thank you guys in advance for helping me help him. Such a complicated issue that's why I stay away lol

I think your asking, if your able to work using an ITIN? No that is illegal. I know most employer recognize that an ITIN most of the time starts with 9, and won't allow you to use it. The only things you should use your ITIN for is to open a bank account, file taxes, and school three most common. You have do have the right to ask for an ITIN to the IRS when you are going to do your taxes the person whom is helping you will file an application and you receive it by mail then you finish filing your taxes.

Go get a finger print scan google a place in your area. That will show you what your record will show USCIS.
