I've lived in Houston TX for 5 years... and before then I grew up In Glendale Cali. ....TX can't hold a candle to CALI! I moved back after 5 years... Plus it's always so humid in Houston grosssss !!!

Update on my evidence! after I had some time to calm down and think clearly, I went online and found a forum that is for RFE's only and people where saying what they sent in as extra evidence. So I got copies of ALL my playstation network transactions they are all dated. Also, I'm going to get affidavits for the gaps between periods of time that I lack evidence. On top of all of that I went back on my facebook and took screen shots of places I had checked in on and conversations I had with people on specific dates. ON top of that i'm also sending in Screen shots of emails dated. And if my ex girlfriend chooses to be a nice person (not holding my breath) I have asked her to get an affidavit stating that I lived with her for 5 years consecutively and for her to send me some of the bills that were under her name but that I claimed on my application as my address and I also have personal letters that are post marked to me. What do you guys think?

that is the notice they put up on their website. Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives.

They are sending out a LOT of RFE's I got a RFE on wed. :/ So maybe this is what is slowing everything down.

To each his own, but my smoking friends RESPECT other peoples space and if they are around those who don't like to smoke they will not be rude and smoke near them. On top of that people who socially smoke, don't smell of cigs that's people who smoke everywhere and in all places ...inside their house, car, and they don't care. THOSE are the people who smell of cigs.

I used to be a smoker for 5 years... I quit cold turkey, because I moved back in with my parents and they don't approve of it. I will however smoke socially if I'm out with friends. And NOT all smokers have bad dental hygiene. Most smokers I know especially girls take fantastic care of their teeth. Me being gay and all I personally do not mind it if a girl smokes or not although if I started dating a girl who smoked I'd prob pick up the habit all over again! >.< Also, I don't agree nor did I ever smoke inside my place of living because it makes everything smell SO GROSS. I always smoked outside !!

I do have letters (several that are dated postmarked and are under my name) I sent all of those but they are asking for exact dates from July 2007 to February 2010, June 2010 to September 2010 and March 2011 to July 2011 anndddd stupid June 15th!

Did they send yours to the Cali center? Have you gotten a RFE? I'm scared I might get an RFE because after I grad. high school I moved to Texas to live with my girlfriend, who I lived with for 5 years. Everything was under her name for obvious reasons! So I don't have that much proof ><!

Where did you send your stuff too? I'm in the same boat... Only I did my Bios on nov 19th.. and nothing yet >.< I sent my stuff to az lockbox but they said they were sending it to the Cali center.

that sucks!!! I'd call them after 3 months ><! If mine doesn't come in the next two weeks i'm going to call them because this is crap!

Yeah don't lose hope I did my bios on Nov 19th and I haven't heard anything back ><! Waiting is the name of the game. Just read a book or something...or do what I do play video games, and read comics! XD
