Agreed!!! My brother sent his in like 3 months before me and got his bios and got his card within 4 weeks! I'm jelly!!!!!!!! >.< so this waiting is even worse on me *dies*

No such thing as to much proof XD ! I had my Bios done on NOV 19th and I'm also in SO-Cal and I haven't heard anything DX It's been eggzactly 50 days!!! I'm going mental I wanna call them to see if they sent me a RFE and I just never got it ...I'm kinda worried o.o

This totally sucks I feel horrible for those who haven't heard back since SEP. aldkfjal I HATE waiting for anything! I'm slowly starting to worry that something happened >.< ! Nope I had to send it in to the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox Facilitybut from there they said they were going to send it somewhere in Cali i forget where. I'm in a hurry so I shall check later!

I'm from So-Cal as well and they got my paperwork on Oct 15th and I did my Bio. on Nov 19th I'm also waiting. Don't worry you're not alone!!! Waiting is all we can do.

I have a question about the DL anyone who has been issued a DL how long do they give it to you for... does it expire for when you need to renew your work permit? 2 years, 4 years? o.o In California...

WELCOME!!! I'm in the same boat as you! My older brother and I have the exact same issue only he went to college and I didn't :/ because my parents couldn't afford to pay for mine as well. He sent his in before me and within 4 weeks of doing his bio metrics he got his permit D: I'm still waiting on mine. So just keep your head up!!! Waiting is the name of the game apparently !

Yes I did do the whole email/text thing and NOTHING >.> What can we do but wait. I was just hoping I wasn't the only one going threw this and I don't like to assume but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the reason it's taking longer is because of all the damn holidays! I sent mine to the AZ lock boxs which I think maybe flooded with applications considering there are a lot of Hispanics in Cali :/ even more so now that Obama got reelected( thank baby jesus xD) anywho! keep your hopes up peeps!!!
