You can't apply for Fafsa unless you're a resident or Citizen. You can apply to The California Dream Act. If you meet the requirements.

it seems to be common, My I821 was approved 4 hours after my I765 -
yes that's what I did.

i think u just gotta wait , my I765 was approved and then 4 or 5 hours later my I821 was updated to post decision activity -
So when you get the DACA acceptance letter , that's where they mention the tracking number to track the EAD ?
