Hey everyone, is it possible to travel outside the US with the Advance Parole Document once you are approved for DACA. Will there be an issue when you re-enter the US?

Thanks for the responses guys. I found a receipt from Walmart for digital photo prints with my name and the store address with the date June 5th 2007.

I got a RFE to prove that I was present in the US on June 15th 2007. In my orignal application I included documents to show I was present in the US in 2007. However I was not able to find a piece of document that shows I was present on the exact date. I took a year and a half off from college between August 2006 and January 2008, therefore I don't have any school records during this time. I don't know what to send them... Please advice, Thanks...

What if I got approved for DACA but did not get work permit approved? Can I still get a SSN and a driver's license?

That makes sense, but my lawyer said that it doesnt matter what you put on the worksheet and that they will provide a work permit as long as you get approved for DACA... Is this true? So from his advice all I did was fill in the income and expenses.

Well what if the cop realizes that the person is here illegally, wouldnt he call the ICE and then put in detention?

My lawyer did not add anything in the additional information section. I am worried that they might not approve my work permit because i did not put additional info. Has this happened before?

Well from what I remember I had put a higher income than expenses. It was not a high income, but the income was higher than my expenses. Is that okay?

Will this have any bearing on if you get approved for a work permit or not? Basically does it matter how much the income and the expenses we put on there are?
