  2. I Already Have A Social

Yes, your SSN won't change at all. Once you obtain a SSN from SSA, you have that number for a life time, no matter how long ago you received it. The most important thing to note is that it would have "NOT Valid for work" eshi on the card until you become naturalized citizen.
  3. Daca Not Approved

Indeed, the story is sad. The thing is, the applicants at some point signed the application so I don't think they would be eligible to sue the attorney. They could report the attorney to board of ethics but I am not sure if it meets the base for ethics review.
  4. Daca Not Approved

It depends. If you have massive criminal record and USCIS finds you to be a public safety treat or national security treat , they would report you to ICE once they deny your application. On the other hand, for some odd reason they deny your app - just like these 2 ppl http://tinyurl.com/bukzhta - they will just issue you a denial letter, that would explain why they denied you. In all case scenario, If you have clean record or minor misdemeanor charges and satisfy DACA requirements, you shouldn't be pulling your hair because they are taking longer than the expected wait period. Relax and keep calm, our approval would come soon.

  8. I Know Why We Waiting Longer!

I completely agree with you. But, the thing is if you look at the topic then the content of the post, I am sure you were like wat da faq! It makes no sense to create an entry with such blatant bs. I am not claiming that I know everything but I sure have spent a lot of my time looking for answer to why my application is taking longer. From what I've read so far, I have not came across any information that correlates with such information as posted by TheGame1990. I never ever base my facts with someone else opinions ! I hope you like Rum.
  9. Other Forum Dilemmas & Warnings

From some of the post I have seen on here, It is quite obvious some of them are already here and diluting the forum with their donkey crap.
  10. I Know Why We Waiting Longer!

LMAO, You deleted my post but rather chose to keep the entire topic ... bs is clean, maybe I should have spelled it out properly. The topic is misleading and the reasoning behind it all is just ________ OSHA, take a look at this document .... -> http://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/privacy/privacy_pia_uscis_ibbcs.pdf
  11. Well, from the looks of it the inquiry was for your DACA and EAD, when it was suppose to be only for your I-765 application ... just saying
  12. Update! Form I765

YES, you have been approved. Congrats !!!
  13. It seems like this is beyond making a simple service request. Service request is handled by USCIS directly but this one seems like its being handled by DHS. And, from the looks of it, it is not only for DACA application, for instance I know you have another pending case with USCIS that has been pending since 2005 or so, you can ask them to assist you with that case as well. DHS and USCIS are different branch government offices so It will be handled differently.
  14. Infopass Appointment!!

If you have already paid the lawyer ( which I think was a waist of money), go ahead and do it through your lawyer. But, Info path sets up an appointment at your local USCIS office so you can speak with an immigration officer. It doesn't guarantee you that your case would be expedited after speaking with an officer though.
  15. Infopass Appointment!!

You don't need to see a lawyer to make an info pass appointment, you can do it yourself at http://infopass.uscis.gov/ ...
  16. Penalty...

Bob once said "Who are you to judge the life I live? I know I'm not perfect - and I don't live to be - but before you start pointing fingers ... make sure you hands are clean!" As an Illegal Immigrant who have lived in the US illegally for the past 14 years, I have no say about who should get citizenship or not. I am a human being and I know I make mistakes, so I will not make a statement about who should and shouldn't get there papers because of a petty crime they committed in the past. The way USCIS is handling past criminal history for DACA applicants sounds reasonable to me, and I am sure those same people who came up with the requirements, went through a rigorous steps to come to that conclusion. I will not question it at all ! As for your, " DUI charges (over 21), robbery, assault, domestic violence, people who owe child support, arrested for drug possession" reference, I would counter it with this -> "Creating, forging or altering almost any document, for the intent of fraud or making money, is considered forgery and is subject to state and sometimes federal laws and penalties for individuals caught forging federal documents". From what I am understanding, the crimes you listed and the crimes you, others, and I, have committed are more incriminating than the ones you stated for your example because we forged a federal documents. Enough said ......
  17. From my understanding, Bio-metrics background check only takes 7-10 business days according to FBI site. So, I won't be surprised about your application being approved within 20 days of completing your bio-metrics, what should concern you is your I-765 being approved before your I-821D application. What I am thinking here is that maybe there is a lag with the system keeping your I-821D status up to par. I would give it 5 - 7 business days to see if it changes, if not wait until you get your EAD then contact USCIS about it. Congrats by the way, I hope its just a system failure to why you are experiencing this hick up. Go out and celebrate, OSHA !
  18. If you don't commit a serious crime, they won't have any reason to revoke your DACA or EAD. Working or going to school is completely your decision. Just don't commit any crime, that would put you in a serious jeopardy as before, you might be able to walk away from jail but it won't guaranty you any renewal. The renewal processes for DACA after 2 years is still unknown and I am sure your background check would play a major part in being denied later in time. If you behave as a law abiding citizen they won't raise a pen to bother you. Congratulations on your approval.
  19. You don't have to wait for March 5 to arrive, you can do a walk-in tomorrow.
  20. Ohh I got your point, I was just saying there are some ignorant immigrants that completely forget how they got here.
  21. Remember , most of these folks are not only White Americans ! there are some foreigners as well.
  22. Today Is My Day!(:

    congrats ruthieeee. Happy for you.
  23. North Carolina Diver Licenses

I see racial profiling taking place with this crap... "OHH look he got the pink DL, lets eff with him/her". I don't really get the whole purpose of this stripe thing, they know sooner or later some form of immigration reform would pass. And, it makes me wonder why spend money and time trying to implement this flawed system ?? It's pretty obvious the ppl behind this plan are straight up idiots.
