      i seems like it but my friend went to get her bios nov5 and has been approved and has gotten her things .. I think they are approving ppl that dnt have any criminal record.. i have 2 driving with DL and i dnt no if thats y they havent approved me .. even though i paid them! :/ hopefully i will get aproved and you too!!
