    Did you initially sent in your bank statement from 2007 to now and still got an RFE? If so, that's insane :/

  2. Question any of you send bank statement and if so how back did you get the statements? I've had my bank account since 2006 but not sure if that's going to be too much paperwork :/

      i sent all of them from June 2007. (i opened in in 2005) i only sent in the first page with my name and address on it.

  4. Can I send my kids dental and medical records as a form of evidence ? I'm the one that takes them to all their appointments.,

      that is good question. Just to be sure, if I was you, I would setup an appointment with ur local USCIS office to speak to someone about it and to show them what you are about to send. They would assist you but they won't be able to tell you anything about ur case.

      Try going to the dental office or hospital that you go to and see if they can give you copies of the times you took them, surely you signed some papers each time you went right?

      I would think the dental office and clinics had you sign privacy notices and consents to treat so go ahead and call them to see if any of the registration paperwork is available and make a copy of them because they most certainly will have dates. That would help I bet.

    Now I wish I would have continued going to school my counselor told me I wast gonna be able to go to college because I didn't have a ss# so I gave up hope :/ Now I wish I would have done more research! #idiot what did you major in? Congratulations on your graduation! You must feel very accomplished!

    You are so lucky! How did you get your approval so easily? Notice you are the same age as me. Did you continue going to school? I'm having a hard time gathering evidence from the last five years. I'll be sending my bank statement, rental contracts, gym membership from 2011/2012 some medical bills from when I had my kids and hopefully that will be enough! :/

  12. Just got an Email today from USCIS informing me that I should be receiving a notice of action within 45 day. Now I'm super nervous!

      Yeah same here, all of my records are clear so all my friends are saying not to be worried. but it is kind of scary, my status still says initial review no RFE or anything so hopefully it was a mistake and i hope to get an approval by the end of this month of mid the next. it's really unfair that they are scaring us like this.

      I know lol all we have is different numbers my birthday is on the 22nd so I like that number lol and I know it's hard everyday I'm checking my email and the website all dumb but what can we do I feel like it is taking forever though

      This is just a crazy roller coaster. Sometimes I'm happy that I even got a chance to apply considering I'm close to being 30pheew that was a close call! Lol. And sometimes my anxiety gets the best out of me. Not knowing is what kills me, but I gotta stay positive ;)

  17. Your case sounds very similar to mine. Everything was going good until I heard nothing after my biometrics :(The first time I called customer service told me that I had an RFE, but I never got anything on my mail, so they sent me another one. Waited two weeks and they told me I had to wait 30days? Wtf? After I waited 30days I called back again and they sent out another one.seriously? Wtf? Anyway two weeks after that they texted me telling me that there was never an official RFE FOR MY CASE!. That they had a glitch on their system and that they were sorry! it's been 85 working day since my biometrics and nothing has changed, still under initial review.

  18. 100 wrkin days since app received and 85 days since i took my bio... ANXIOUS, COME ON CALIFORNIA APPROVE ME!!
