    Just got an Email today from USCIS informing me that I should be receiving a notice of action within 45 day. Now I'm super nervous!

      NOt complicated at all! NO criminal record, never pulled over, like seriously nothing! I've been here since the age of six. Have my Elementary,Jr.and Hs diploma.. To be honest with you Im not gonna worry too much until I get an actual letter stating what the Email stated. I checked my case online and now it's saying that I have an RFE but that's happend before... so wont believe it until I get an Official letter from them! YOu should probably do the same!
