  1. Hello, my name is Beah and I'm glad to have joined this forum! I cannot believe I did not find this sooner. I live in LA Country in California, a college freshman, and my daca was approved in late october/early november. I now have a social security, California id, and a driver's license! I'm just shocked how hard it is to find a job even with all these documents. And I still can't find financial aid to pay for my tuition. Well, I hope I make some new friends here

    thank you! yeah, i'm going to stop by this week at the career center and financial aid department to see if they have any job openings on campus, and if i could get a student loan, since i don't think i'm eligible for any federal aid. maybe just state.

    I've tried to apply for the BOG Waiver, before I got my social security and was denied. I believe I'll be eligible after Spring 2013, cause I applied in November so I think I have to wait for the next semester.. What are the requirements for the BOG? I attend a community college!
