    My name is deb and i have been impatiently waiting to get approved. I have been lurking on this forum for the past couple weeks and im so glad that i found it because it makes me feel that i am not alone in this club that nobody wants to be in.... For all those that have been approved Congrats!! For those of us waiting, i know it sucks but our time will come soon!

    I think it should be on a case by case basis. For example, an 18 year old gets a dui , the law passes and they are now 30 and have stayed out of trouble. I think everyone is entitled to one mistake but then again their cases should be behind those cases that have a clean record. Its a tough one....
  11. Hang in there. Other people have passed that 6 month mark as well and uscis just tells them to wait ...its a waitinv game and it sucks!
