  6. So i finally got my RFE Letter they are asking for prof fom july 2010-March 2011 but i dont have anything from july only from June August Sept And December :(

      Did you check out books from the library? Facebook check ins, pictures in US landmarks? eBay/PayPal transactions, paid memberships like Xbox, gym? Did you service your car, bought anything with warranty? C'mon marco there must be something...

      i did not do nothing the month only work but i pull my employment history that said i been with the company 4 1/2 years in 2010 i move positions around during the year basically i move every month except for July and for 211 i have all my pay stubs so i got the cover i am going to risking and see what happen

      and during 2010 i did not have facebook

  7. after two weeks of waiting for the RFE letter today they update my status again saying the today they mail me a RFE again they just change the date bull sh**

      marco i call last week on the 5 and they send it out the 7th i confirm that by calling yesterday and my case still the same under initial review how long has it been since you put the service request last week right?

      my friends who sent her application a month after me. and she got a rfe and got approved 2 weeks after sending the prof

    Well to get ur ssn u need ur ead card and if you have passaport take that with u if not then ur birth certificate or matricula and it can take up to 2 weeks to get ur ssn on the mail but some people have waiten longer and some times u have get a ssn prin out 2-3 after you u apply for ur ssn and some states such as california allow print out to get their state id some required the actual card

  22. i was checking my status online and i found this Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives. what does this mean?
