he was detained once when he was a minor, so they asked for a criminal disposition, since there were no records he also went to the PD to get the police report, but they don't have records that far back. In the end he sent a letter from the Court another from PD saying that there are no records and an affidavit the lawyer gaged him to sign. thank you, yes his status now shows:On February 21, 2013, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location....blah blah blah -

Once you apply for you SS# they'll give you a print out with a reference # as well as the phone number for the office you applied at, after a couple of days call the office directly and ask if you have been issue a #, if so go into the office and get a print out. I got my card 5 days after I applied. I strongly suggest you make an appointment at the DMV. If you don't make an appointment arrive with plenty of time since the last test is given out at 4:30pm Good luck! -

The lawyer got the RFE on 2/11 USCIS received the evidence on 2/21 -
Congrats!!! Woohoo!! Very happy for you. They received your evidence a day before my bf's that keeps my hopes up C'mon USCIS we want more of approvals!!!

36 questions total, you can have up to 6 wrong, the last test is given at 4:30pm; if you don't pass it you may retest the same day.I Aced the test, I still got to do the behind the wheel tho -

just a question, did you check your status after they got your evidence? 'Cause on my bf it says "[...] we received your response to our request for evidence... We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response..." Did you get something like this too?
