I sent one document per month per year, I know this may seem like a lot, but I did not want to take any chances. I sent everything I could think of like lease agreement ( I've been here for 6years), PayPal, eBay, utility bills, tax returns, bank statements, receipts from the gym, Sam's club and Costco purchase history, Sephora purchase history, AMC theater purchase history, medical records, Panera rewards card record, I provably overwhelmed the person who reviewed my file lol, I am very particular with my documents So take a minute and think really hard what you did and what you can get. They said 8 weeks after they receive the forms; I called on Friday 'cause I could not see the update online ( turns out they received my letter to cancel my ITIN and that's why) and they said a check will be mailed on Monday! Cali is going shopping

I sent them in a spare envelope, don't worry I prepared the forms myself and called them every time I had a question they are very nice and helpful, so if you have any issues just call them

My bf got a RFE and was approved 7 days after they received it, but I know there are members who have been waiting for more than 60 days after USCIS received their evidence. Be patient your approval will arrive very soon

WOW!! My lawyer asked me to get official transcripts to be sent and unofficials to keep in the file. I would have been so upset if he had just opened the envelope, you paid extra for that 'n I'm sure you had to wait to get them too.

Did you received the letter yet? You can not appeal the decision, unless it was a mistake from USCIS. You can reapply tho.

As far as I know transcripts must be originals and sealed by the school center in order to be valid; it's always better to take that extra step that way there are no questions regarding their authenticity. Wish you success, please keep us updated on the outcome

I filed my 1040X for 2009 at the end of Feb. when I checked on line after 4 weeks it said the same "a letter was sent because more info was needed" it turned out that I missed to sign a form My cousin got a letter requesting a copy of his SS card. Good luck

Two of my friends were told about their driving with out a license @ the DMV when they got their DL. Dunno when they got their ticket, but I could ask.
