you did talk to USCIS about it, where they able to tell you if it was delivered or not? Can you still see the tracking number? Last time you said it was "in transit" so maybe it wasn't delivered...

Nope, he did not. He uses his ITIN to report taxes. When he showed me the letter I was like "no, that's why you are informing the IRS" See the thing is that when I applied for my Social the lady asked me, have you ever used a different SS#, I said no. My BF said she, the same lady, asked him the same question, and he said no, but she also asked him if he had an ITIN, he said yes.

OK, so it's "in transit"; does it tell you when is expected to be delivered, are you able to pick up mail at your previous address? Perhaps you still have time to notified USPS of the change before it gets delivered

I sent a couple of PayPal transactions, the ones that show the transaction date 'n you name, my bf did too. Try getting a hold of these before you think in paying for anything else.Good luck

Yeah, there were no records for my BF so to reply to the RFE he went to the PD to get a police report because the ticket would not be enough, but since it was so long ago they could provide one (they only keep records for 7 years) so we got a letter stating so. I say better be ready for anything. About the 2009, how about FB check ins? Any purchases you may be able to track down, like eBay?

so, just be clear, when you track your EAD it says it was delivered? Did you do a change of address at USPS? You may have to go to UCIS in person

I think it was Serg4u who sent his W2s a prof, I'm not sure tho, but I know someone from here did. You could file your taxes from previous years and present them, my friend did that. Do you have an ITIN?
