in Cali your "driving record" is managed by the DMV. If you want to get the history you have in court say tickets, payments, etc contact the court: http://www.courts.ca.gov/selfhelp-traffic.htm LA county http://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/traffic/ui/ OC http://www.occourts.org/locations/wjc.htmlNow, I've only gotten records by going in person...dunno maybe they do it by mail too A word of advise...save yourself a headache and pay those tickets

my BF 'n other members from this forum were asked for court dispositions, have you been booked ever even if you didnt serve time 'cause as far as I know that's the only reason they'll ask for it.How about employment history, paychecks or if private contractor contracts/agreements. Perhaps as Splif0clock recommended try to get transaction history anything that may help you. I think someone from here used Facebook check ins...'can't remember who it was tho Good luck!

And USCIS didnt tell you what steps to follow? Did you see the tracking # on your status? Can you track it 'n find out if it has been delivered?

A lot of people in Cali knows that you could get an ID/DL in Washington with no SS, so i'm having a drink with a friend an her friend I was carded so my friend's friend starts to question me "when did you parents get here?" so I just told her "I didn't cross the border, the border crossed me; what about you, when did my parents get here!" LMFAO I said it with a straight face, my friend had never seen me so serious...so case closed!

Well, how does it show on your b-certificate and passport? That's how it's supposed to show on on your EAD, SS card, ID, etc I don't know why mine shows only one, but I couldn't care less! INS has my finger prints so they'll know I'm the same person. I got a SS card 'n a DL that's all that matters to me

I've had a WA DL, so I never had a problem. Some places give you more trouble than others, overall I think you get more s*%t with the matricula tho Once I went to this club with my bf 'n some friends, the bouncer ask my friend "why don't you have a DL?" My bf cuts him off a very politely says "Excuse me, last time I checked you are not Homeland Security,so are you going to let us in or not?" The bouncer handed the passport to my friend 'n took my bf license lol

A Chase branch was trying to charge me $10/per statement,so I went to the one by my house and the girl was like "yeah no problem it will be a minute, BTW you can also print a verification on line" To tell you the truth I would had paid if necessary, DACA is an opportunity I wasn't willing to lose. Good luck! Maybe they messed up on the status, you know how some people have gotten the RFE status change 'n they don't get the actual RFE...either way I'm sure you'll get approved soon

I don't see how claiming child tax credit can affect a DACA app. I haven't come across someone not getting approved for rightfully claiming child tax credit. You are able to claim nices, nephews, your own parents as dependents, but if you get audited,you have to prove it to the IRS.Maybe the person who did it is aware that he/she falsely claimed his/her nices and nephews as dependents when they weren't, and this person is afraid of potential consequences...dunno...I like to make stories in my head lolz Trust me, you don't want to mess with the IRS

Mmmm well...Most of us from Latin America have two last names (dad's 'n mom's), I'm not sure if this is the case in other countries. My DACA letters and EAD show only one of my last names (dad's); therefore, SS card, ID, DL are the same way. Am I the only one, do you guys think this may affect me somehow?

It only shows one last name...in fact all of my DACA documents show only one last name
