    well my little brother got approved April 4th and im still at initial review.

      yours will come soon as well, I know I always tell you the same thing but I have seen A LOT of approvals from cases transferred from Vermont to Nebraska (October ppl). Nebraska is moving pretty fast, just check at the fb page I gave you :) best of luck and Congrats to your brother!! :)
