Yes i do for February 25th. & unfortunately it's like Rawf said your gonna need that ID so if you send in your paper work more than likely you will get a RFE & who knows if you'll be able to do your bios! In my opinion just wait till march 4th & have everything ready so as soon as you get it you can send everything off. Good luck to you!

Nope, i just sent it in a certified envelope from the post office.

I have a misdemeanor for drug possession from when i was a juvenile in high school. Make sure you send all your paper work having to do with that event & a criminal disposition, that you can get at your county police station, saying you searched for that event & found it or didn't find it whichever pops up. It's cheap & easy to get !

Sent app- August 27 Bios- September 28 RFE- January 28 Mailed back needed evidence- February 3 They received evidence- February 6 Ead & approval- PENDING! COME ON I'M SO READY!

You have actually only been waiting 97 working days since your bios.. So don't feel so down it hasn't been 6 months just yet! Don't worry they haven't forgot us, at least i hope not. I still have faith & praying for all of us who are still waiting!

Thanks everyone! I'm gonna try not to look at the uscis website at least until Wednesday. Ugh but it's so hard not to when all you want is for that blue dot to move FORWARD!

Either way when you call they give you an appointment so you won't get it right away. But i think it's better to send in all your evidence that way your case doesn't get put on hold because they send you a RFE.

You can get your consular id without another id. I lost mine & i have no other type of id & i let them know that they said it was no problem. I'm sure they could use one of your old school ids.

I have a question RAWF. I got an rfe saying that i needed proof that i was in the country for the years 09' & 11', marriage license & a criminal disposition. That's it, but I'm pretty sure i never sent anything specific for.June 15, 2012 but they didn't put that in the rfe. Will that affect my case or do they just not care?

Have you gone on the working days website to see how long you have actually been waiting excluding weekends & holidays??

It does have to do with the amount of applications being sent in that's why there is going to be delays. Just checked mine, it said the same thing!

What do you mean by received rfe response in December? They took a month to get your evidence updated?

It's been 89 working days since my bios! I hope they get the ball rolling after this evidence gets reviewed.

Got a text this afternoon that they received my evidence. hopefully this gets the ball rolling & I'm approved soon!
