They asked for evidence indicating that i was in the country 2009 & 2011. I'm married so they asked for my marriage license. & a criminal disposition for a misdemeanor i committed when i was a juvenile. & almost 3 & a half months i received the RFE.

That's exactly how i felt! I took my bio on sept 28th & they barely sent my RFE on Jan 28th & i received it today. Luckily the evidence their asking for is easy to obtain after this tiny delay I'm hoping i will get approved! Keeping the Faith!

I haven't got my RFE yet but it's supposed to be coming any day sucks cause i waited thus long for them to barely be sending it to me. So as soon as i get it I'm sending all my things first class cause I'm trying to get the ball rolling!

Looked up my case on the uscis Web site & sure enough they sent me a letter 1/28/13 (that I'm still waiting for) that they need more info -.- does anyone know how long after giving more info, it takes to get approved!?

My biometrics was September 28, 2012. Sent off both apps on August 27th.

2 days ago was 4 months since my bio that I've been waiting! Sent app off on 8/27 & had bio 9/28 & I'm still on initial review on uscis page. Anyone else file about the same time as me & still waiting?!

Ugh same with me! I sent both my applications August 27, 2012 & had biometrics done September 28th & I'm still waiting on some sort of response! I hope it's soon cause it's been 4 months now! =/
