  1. You pretty much answered your own question. All centers not only have to process DACA cases but all others as well. You know, residence, citizenship etc. It's called United State Citizenship and Immigration Service for a reason. Just sayin'.....
  2. Just Got Approved!

Good for you buddy! Indeed, it's good news!
  3. :''( Why God??

It is tremendously unfortunate to have to see such outcome in your case. At this point of time it is best to wait for the letter which does further explain your denial. You should have a bit of a clue, if you know you applied while you had a record with police or something in that regard. Or if you know you applied and didn't fully meet the criteria to be DACA eligible. There could've been mistakes on your application that didn't add up to your evidence, or mistakes made by themselves. I feel for you truly. Wait for those letters and if you can do something about it you do it. Keep us all posted, best of luck

You survive, you become stronger. The train wreck must've left lessons you've learned.

  5. If they oredered production of your new card you should've been approved for DACA as well. Not sure what appears when you check your DACA status. Congratulations, it's an approval
  6. I Got Arrested Help???

(facepalm) Regardless of whether this was your fault or not, it is almost impossible for anyone here to give you answers on any possible outcome from USCIS. Best thing you can do is to get yourself a lawyer that can clear things out for you on this misdemeanor matter. A good advice for people that are currently waiting for approval is to avoid any possible situation that can potentially lead you into trouble. USCIS doesn't care whether you can prove to them if its your fault or not, they can assume anything out of you and simply deny your application.

Buena suerte

  11. Fake Identity..(Daca)

Esteband, I completely understand your concern over this matter about your case. My case, was bit similar in the sense that I also worked on the same job which I acquired with a fake SSN. I used my real name but, I also didn't use my real birth date. When I filed my application I provided my bank statements. My income also gets deposited to my bank account, that however, didn't seem to matter. I still got approved. I've also never done taxes!

  15. European Soccer League

I have been a strong supporter of Real Madrid since forever. My all time favorite player has got to be Ronaldinho for his unique playing style. Out of the EPl I support Chelsea. SInce Drogba's departure I don't follow them as much.
  16. Vermont Center

Wow, you did biometrics the same day as I did. Same ASC one hour later and still waiting...! :/
  17. For those of you anxiously waiting for approval - I probably can't get in your shoes since I didn't have to wait long. My message for you is to think and stay positive. Visualize yourselves with an EAD pursuing your desired future. Be grateful, even though the wait might be long at least you have a chance. Others who don't qualify don't! Just sayin'...

  18. You're definitely not the only one who hasn't sent it in. My older sister hasn't sent in hers. She's still gathering paperwork...
  19. Are My Parents The Only Ones?

As far as I can remember, my parents always advised me that I shouldn't date a woman who's under the same legal circumstances as I am in this country. I think for most parents who have children in the U.S as undocumented, they would want their children to eventually better themselves and if to marry someday, at least have some sort of option to change their lives and maybe their status too. That's just my opinion on what I believe parents would want for their kids. My parents aren't strict about it or controlling, it's just a little advise on the side. When it comes to love, my parents or no one is going to control that but one's own heart. Illegal or citizen as long as she love me. lol

  22. Who has a job now after DACA?

I will just say that Tony69 is the man for getting you mad. Cheers Tony69 you did it! You made one person mad today
  23. Who has a job now after DACA?

Okay kid, first, I don't need you to teach me about differences about anything. Thank you very much you don't impress me. Second, when I said attacking I was referring to you. Just because you don't like the way he thinks or what he says even if you're against it you don't have the right to insult him. You called him a piece of shit? If you look at others topics in here, people talk about whatever they want randomly. You mad kid, how about you start making your points by being respectful in the first place. An educated person doesn't need to insult people. If someone is ignorant you simply ignore them, you can't change people. You got problems. You're in the wrong forum. I have seen many posts, many things that have been said here. Just because I don't like the way they think it doesn't mean I can go ahead and insult them.
  24. Who has a job now after DACA?

That's all his problem whether he is happy or unhappy about DACA, or if he agrees or disagrees about the way things work in this country. The way I see it, yes, he's being attacked. It seems like you're all taking sides and going against him for what he said. I find that uncool especially on a forum. Why. Not learn about each others way of thinking by asking questions and debating. That's whatthese forums and things should be about, if not how can we express what we think if people are suddenly going to attack you or go against you by taking sides.
  25. Who has a job now after DACA?

I'm not going to speak for anybody butwhat this country does have is freedom of speech. Why are people attackinng this guy? I don't think what he has to say is harming you or offending you in a way. Why not ask him why feels that way instead? Maybe he knows something we don't know, or maybe we if we ask instead of attack we can better understand each other. This is a public forum, not anybody's fb. And I am not saying I agree or disagree with anyone here...
