      yes i did already ... i received a letter on the mail saying that my case is still in process

  6. Its been 7 months since a apply for My deferid acción And still have My case on Initial Review :( ..... I called them And filed Ana app over the Phone wich i forgot Whas si called alreday And After 2 weeks i recieved a letter By Mail pretty much saying that My case si under consideration... So all i can do its just wait :( .......

  7. So after i waited 6 months , I call USCIS and they submitted an app over the phone for me . Now i just have to wait 2 more weeks they told me and see if i get a news anytime soon now

  12. When I check my case status online at the uscis website and then scroll down to the processing time box . Can someone tell me what that processing tome means ?

      the processing time means a rough estimate on the average wait time for approval. however, i dont think the processing time for the I-821D is listed there and the processing time for the I-765 will correspond with the I-821D.

  13. Hi there guys ! Its has been since September the 27th when I took my biometrics and still haven't received my approval .... can anyone give me an advice on what i should do..? thanks

      I got my bios done in sep 28 ! Just know that you are not the only one :) don't be discourage and keep your self busy ! I know it's difficult but worrying wont do you any good !
