    Does anyone know how long does it takes for USCI to respond after they received your response to an RFE?

      it states in the letter that a response should be made within 60 days of USCIS receving your RFE. it varies. a few days to a months. and that is only for the I-821D app, USCIS then has 90 days to make a decision on your I-765. not trying to be a debbie downer, just being realistic in terms of how things are. dont compare RFE timelines because every service center is different along with the actual agent looking at cases.
