hi guys, ...... so i just got a text/email i recieved 2 diferent emails , both of them says, ___YOUR NAME HAS BEEN UPDATED...... ........ .... I was wondering if anybody knows what it means? ohh and my case stills n Initial review!

guys remember i posted, on friday 19, that i had snt my app that afternoon, guess what it hasnt arrived yet, is this normal, im seriously freaking out, i called the usps to see whats goin on, and they have no clue, ;/ they are ''investigating'' im still here waiting for their call back since yesterday.... well actually i just call them back, and the lady said to wait a "a few more hours" like seriously ughghgghghgh okkk yes i do have a tracking number, ---------------------------on the website says expected delivered by april 22, and on the other line next to it it says ,,,, SORTING complete april 23!! thats all> by the way im from florida, and the package was sent to this address.... USCIS ATT :DACA P.O BOX 660045 DALLAS, TX 75266 ???IS THIS CORRECT>>>???

ok, so, finnally ya tengo todos mis papeles juntos, los que encontre, ya no hay mas de donde sacar lol , ok tengo gaps, en 3 anos, serious gaps i think, , por ejemplo en el an/o 2008 me hace falta pruebas delos meses, --> 2008---- march, april, june, jul nov y dec . 2009---- january, march, april, nov y dic 2010-----feb, june, july, sept, nov y dic. de los demas anos tengo todo checke. nunca eh salido del pais, =/ nose si ellos aceptan que en cada an/o uno no mande pruebas de un par de meses, nose que piensan??? otra pregunta..... cuando ustedes mencionan pruebas de facebook?? aque se refieren??? otra cosa fotos que traen las fechas atras ellos aceptan fotos asi>> ? aquien a mandado footos?? o pruebas de facebook?? que pruebas de facebook???? plis answer .

Hi, Guys remember me well. i posted a few weeks ago... asking if i qualified for the defered action... aunque aya sindo arrestada.. en la escuela y la mayorina me respodio que no importaba... porque eso fue de teenager =] sooo i hired a lawyer... y lo mismo me dijo so yay for that ;D .......... sin embargo estoy en problemas ... resulta que el 2009 i was off the radar i didnt do anything =/ nothing ... yes i had a phone... i had a metro....pcs.... but apparently they dont keep any records ! only att&t =/ sooooo i dont have any proof... i worked for my sister but she paid me cash... and i asked the lady if my sister could write me a letter saying that i worked for her and that she paid me cash... and she said NO, she said that uscis are not taking letters.... but waaaaait a minute... what are the (affedivit) im sure i spelled it wrong =/ . but you get the point ;/ aniways ... i did went to church... all those years 2009/ 2010/.... 2011i just stopped going, so the pastor said.. sorrry i cant help you because you were not a member " can you believe that grrrr ;[ ... .. oh and the lady asked me if i bought any electronics or anything like that... and then bammm im like yess i did bought an ipodtouch from best buy... sooo on my way back home i stopped by best buy.. to see if they had that in their records,,, and they did but ... i paid cash sooo in the received that they gave me it doesnt have my name .... because i didnt pay with credit card ;[ but it i from 2009 . so yeah i have no idea what else to do.. ihv looked everywhere i went to look at my moms and i only found 1 from 2010 '/ i cant believe i didnt got sick that year ahhhwww i should of have! aniways =/ my husband is a resident.. he will become a citizen dic 2013 ... should i forget daca ;/ and i just wait a lil bit more an applied thru my husband?????? ooooooooh yeaaa my questions is are they taking any pictures?? like you know how some pictures show the date on the back of them??? do youuu think they will take those.... im litterally goin crazy ... ihv beeen so stressed =/ . anyone else?? with no proof like me?? any feedback will be appreciated and by the way thank you guys for posting/answering questions it really helps alot alot alot. ooooooh the lawyer said she needed proof of at least every two months?? is that right... by the way she wasnt frendly at all ;/

Hi guys i just join recently... and if your reading this ... please continue reading ... any feedback will be appreciated/ okk! when i was in high school (im almost 23 now) i got in to a fight with a girl... ... story short... she used to bullied me because i was a lil chunky =/ so one day i got really tired of it and i punch her in the face.... (biggest mistake of my life) because i got arrested by the school sheriff and he took me to the juvenile... i stay there in their office for like 4hours... while they decided what to do with me ... at the end they end up giving me 15hrs of comunity services! and to take a anger management booklet... and to write an essay for the girl i hit... of how sorry i was for hitting her. so i did all that... and my case was dismissed.......... but they did took my fingerprints... and took a photo...... oh and by the way i regret that so much... because that was not me ihv always been a sweet girl. but that day i guess it wasnt my day :/ aniways ... so this has been hunting me since i read of the misdmeanor... thing.... that you have to have a clean record and all that... my question is do you guys think i can still apply for the deferred action. ooo my case was called "battery" is that consider ... a misdmeanor? or maybe domestic violence?? im so confused... i dont want to apply and get denied because ikno im a good girl it was just that day ! and yes i still have the juvenile records where it says that my case was dismissed ... because i completed everything! oooh and i called like 5diff lawyers ... and their fees are insane//// 2000 / 1500.... 1000. the least expensive that ihv called is 700 can you believe that?,,, oohhh and just to make an appoiment to maybe talk to them for like 15minutes is 300 ... isnt it crazy?? i think is insane... i printed out all the forms... i think they are so eazy to fll out... and this forum has tons of info on how to fill em out. that i really want to do it myselft...... but ..... then i remember what i did back in high school that i just dont want to risk myselft. do you guys think i will get denied?? anyone here been arrested?? and gotten approved???? please help .... any help will be appreciated///. thanks ; D.

i received my RFE, On Feb 14, ..... i forgot to answer 1question on the app!! the one that asked if i had been Arrested wich is yes =[ back in school... for fightiing.... so I marked (yes) and sent back all those records.... and i also wrote them a letter xplaining how it happend ,,,,,because it wasnt really my fault... i was being bullied... but i was the one to hit first soo yeaa, aniways,,,, how long is the wait after they get my response? they recieved my package today/.

thank you so much for lifting my hopes=]] they sent me the rfe on feb 8th todays the 18th and i still havent received my notice='( i just called them they said to wait till the 24th ...=[ d u know how long it takes>/ im frm florida.... adn my case is in the nebraska

ok so i did what you said,,,, and it worked=]] on feb 8 i did the E.request,,,, 2days later i called them and they said that i should get an update withing 15days.... 2days later i got an email saying that they mailed me a RFE =[ so here iam heart broken waiting for the RFE i just hope the ask for somenthing eazy cuz i dont have anything else=/. aniways thank u so much for ur help=]]
