My cousin got a REF about three weeks ago. She sent in the missing evidence on tuesday and just received an email stating that they received the packedge today. How long before she hears back from them ? Has anyone been thru this b4?

Finally! I just got approved for the I-821D! Hopefully The work permits get approved in any moment. I didnt get a txt/email by the way. I just checked online and seen it.

on Monday, may 13 I received a text from USCIS saying that my case was transferred to Nebraska it was two text followed by two emails. Today, may 17 I received two text followed by two email saying that my case is now being processed at a USCIS Office. Does that mean that they're working on my case as we speak?

I did my bio today. Now im officially joining the waiting club lol... hopefully I get a approved within 3 months or less.

I've been reading some threads and see that some members are saying that they did a walk in when they did there biometrics and other said they didnt. What exactly do you guys mean by that? Ps. My biometrics is scheduled for next week by the way.

so not true, people do get in big trouble for driving without a license in Boston ma. here goes my story I got pulled over about 2 years ago umm the asked me for my license and of course I didn't have one he then proceeded to arrest me I slept in jail for the night I went court the next morning the judge fined me $150 after that I got handed over to ICE. I was in jail for a week got out had to do probation been on probation ever since. This happened in 2011 btw.
