I know this wait is terrible. I see so many people getting approved who sent their app after me. I have done two service request n nothing I have emailed them n nothing but to wait. I spoke to a level 2 rep and got the same thing to wait. I can't really contact a Congressman because I'm pretty sure they r against deferred action. I live in Arizona and it has been put out they r against immigration. So I'm left with nothing but to wait. :-(

After waiting almost 2 hours to speak to a level 2 rep, I got no where but that I have to wait. So from here on out I'm just going to wait no more calling. So eight months here I come.

Thanks pswa83 I will keep calling until they allow me to speak to a level 2 rep! JoseG: that's what it says and I told them that but they tried telling me not to count the two months before I got the rfe. But I knew they were lying to me. I'm just going to keep trying to speak to a level 2 rep.

I have tried asking to speak to a level 2 rep but they won't let me. They say that they can't give me any other information and that they are just going to tell me what the level 1 rep is telling me. But I am pretty sure they are lying to me.

Yea i got a response back to my first one and it just said to wait. No everytime I try talking to a level 2 rep they tell me I can't, but I know other people have. I believe a level 2 rep can tell you more about your case. I know I hope all of us that have been waiting since august get approved soon.

Alequiroz- have you tried talking to a level 2 rep? I did my second service request on April 11, and I haven't received anything yet. I too well be waiting 8 months on April 28th.

It could be but it upsets me because I got a rfe back on October 23 so I sent a big package back to them which they received nov 2nd. It seems people who got a rfe got approved within a couple of weeks and with my case it was different and I don't understand why I don't have a criminal record. I proved to them that I've been here since I was four and have never left.

I stopped checking my status everyday it was too depressing so I signed up for automatic alert when my case updates.

Yes me!!! It will be 8 months on April 28th. What upsets me is that when I called they told me they are working on applications from august but from the looks of it all the other service centers are doing that except California. I have seen people approved from September and October within these last couple of days from California. So I doubt California is working on August applications.

No I have not been denied. I was wanting to contact them to see if they could help me with my case since I've been waiting almost 8 months. Do you suggest I give it a try? I am kinda scared to do it :-/

I have been waiting seven months and 12 days...my application is at the California service and when i Call they say they are working on applications from August but i find that hard to believe since i haven't been approved yet.

it will be 8 months on april 29. They have not asked me for anything but they havent approved me nor denied me either. i am so frustraded already. i did a service request but they tell me the same thing to "wait!!" but im so tired of waiting already. my sister and i applied at the same time and biometrics the same day as well and she got approved on december and me still nothing :'( I hope the best for you and i and everyone else in our...
