This is what my service request said what does this mean?? The status of this service request is: This notice acknowledges receipt of your status inquiry concerning your pending Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. We recognize your interest in a final review of your case and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. The California Service Center is committed to processing this workload, and will be making every effort to adjudicate your case in an expeditious fashion as soon as available under our resource constraints. If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

I dont think you can. Ill be hitting seven months on the 28th and today I received a response to my.service request that they will work on it once my case comes in contact with an agent. This waiting is terrible and its making me lose hope.already. :-(

Latinagirl, i called today too and they told me to call back April 1st if i havent received anything yet. At this point i have lost hope. It will be seven months on March 28th. :-(

I think they are kinda the same thing. I placed a service.request last friday and have yet to receive a phone call or letter.

I hope this means it will go faster!

That's what they told me too, that someone would call me on the 15th? Lets see if that happens! Each time i have called USCIS they tell me something different.

i know how u feel ive been waiting for over six months too. i hope God hears my prayers and sends all of us who have been waiting so long approval letters.

i called today and they filled out a service request form for me. I hope i hear something soon.

Do you know the persons background? like did the person have tickets or anthing major?

I have and they read out what the update says but all they can tell me is wait. I did speak to someone and they told me I should have something by March 18th of not to call back. But they more i call they keep changing the date on me when to call back or when to expect something.

taramo35...How long did it take you to receive this letter? When did you call?

has any one who has done service request recieved the letter yet? I want to know what it says.

Has anyone been waiting longer than six months and called the immigration service about why it is taking so long? I sent my application August 28th. It was approved on Sept 6th. I had my bio October 9th. Received a RFE on October 23. They received all my paper work Nov 2nd. Since then I have been waiting. it will be six months next week.
