Hey Dreamers, My I-821 application was approved online on 2/21/13. And when I checked my I-765 it was still in Initial Review. Today I received my I-821 approval letter in the mail, but still no I-765 approval letter. Most people get both of their approval letters in the mail on the same day, so that worries me a bit. My applications were received on 12/16/12, and I had my Biometrics appointment on 1/28/13. It hasn't even been a month since I had my Biometrics, so could that be the reason why my I-765 has not been approved? Also, can I still apply for a SSN with just the I-821 approval letter? Thanks :-) ****UPDATE**** - My I-765 was approved yesterday (2/27/13). It took less than a month after my Biometrics. I wish all of you the best, and keep DREAMing

My EAD is supposed to arrive on March 4th too!

Did you get any other letter about the EAD before the EDA came in the mail?

Also, how do I apply for a Green Card?

How do I apply for citizenship? And how old do you need to be?

For the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, would I be considered an eligible non-citizen even though I am not a U.S. Citizen?

Do we put "Legal Alien Allowed To Work" in part 5? Also, it says: "NOTE: If you are age 12 or older and have never received a Social Security number, you must apply in person." I have never received a Social Security, just like many other DREAMers, so do we all have to go in person? Also, my full name is "Christyan Oswaldo Godinez Villalobos" So does that mean that on BOX 1 I put: First: Christyan ; MIddle: Oswaldo ; Last: Godinez Villalobos? Or Godinez-Villalobos?

I just checked my I-765 case status and it is now in "Post Decision Activity". It was approved! WOOT! Now I just have to wait for my letter and my EAD. There's no words to describe how thankful and happy I am.

I applied in late December. So far, only my I821 has been approved. But my I765 is still under review. /:

Can I at least get my driver's license? Have you called them to ask? Are you waiting for both? Or just the Employment one?
