At least you know they are on it now. They are probably running the background check till now. After biometrics, some one still has to go through the viewing. The more complete the DACA package is, the easier it is for them to find identities.

I don't think so but my friend got hers in 8 weeks. They say to call them if it hasn't arrived within 8 weeks though.

If you mean security checks inside the USA after approved, yes...just haven't tried going out of the country with daca

Go to you foreign consulate in the USA and try to get a passport, they give it to you the same day. Take anything that can identify you with that birth certificate and see what they say. They could be a lot of help!

Call that traffic court and ask if there are any outstanding tickets or anything concerning the tickets you've already paid. Some people get the court date in the mail while some people don't when they are suppose to. When they don't they check with the traffic court. Now that is all settled and reduced to a misdemeanor and with the court results to prove it, I would try again. That's what I would do but then again, it is a personal decision. My guess is that your case was pending as a big charge while your background check was being processed and not knowing it was going to become a misdemeanor. Good Luck,

I would start getting a hd of the transcripts on the mean time. The time varies and nobody knows what that depends on.

Did you already do you fingerprints? Because some people are having their case forwarded and are notified with a LIN number before they fingerprint. Abbiously in these cases, it won't show the status of the cases yet.

Just fill out the form and send it in so that they know you don't qualify for this. It happens sometimes.
