Any Approvals Over The Year Mark?
Theresa replied to tlancaster80's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
I hope you get approved soon! -
I found this person saying the following Quote: Originally Posted by jessi It keeps telling me my case does not exist but i already got my letter saying they received it and went for my bio metrics on april first. Most of my friends who applied when i did already for accepted. I have not received any other .. Is this happening to anyone else..what could it be. It's happening to me too. I called USCIS and asked them, they said that they were having issues with their site. That if I wanted to know the status of my case I needed to call them. They also said that the fact that it doesn't show up on their website does not affect my case. They already received my app and my biometrics.

Haven't Heard Anything From Uscis Since Bio ?
Theresa replied to Momoko 1314's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
It stays like that most of the time and then if approved , it will jump to the final step. They will let you know if you need to send more evidence -
Double congratulations!! For your baby and for sending the package...( one more blessed DACA)

Good for you for thinking about building your credit the best way possible. First tip is that you don't want to run up debt. So, it is not so much about how much money you spend, but how you manage your use of credit. You can build a strong credit history by responsibly using credit. That means using your card, paying your bills on time, and not carrying a balance that eats up more than 30% of your credit limit. It is best to pay the balance in full, so you don't pay interest, but use your card regularly. Use your card every month, even for a small purchase like a tank of gas or one trip to the grocery store. This will show creditors that you're taking out a debt and paying it off.

Jose is right... I had a social security number that my parents got me for a trust fund but was not valid to work. So, with the EAD, the social security administration activated it to be valid to work with employment authorization

You were suppose to receive a letter in the mail as well and didn't you say that you found the RFE email in your bulk mail? I wonder if some people need to check their junk mail as well :/ thank God they sent you a 2nd one. Keep checking...hopefully it will update soon

The people that need to go to school, are the ones who are working towards high school or GED because is a contingent requirement for DACA. The EAD is renewable so i suggest to give them what they want from you. (High school diploma or GED). If dream act was to pass then you will have to be a college graduate. DACA and Dream Act are two different things with different school level requirements
-
No, you don't have to renew any of that

Read the manual...that will cover everything

I like this article...thank you -
If the petition that was filed on your father's behalf was aproved before April 2001, you may be eligible for 245-i. (grandfathered 245-I) This allows you to change of status if your husband petitions for you if you entered illegally (without leaving the country)

I have heard that you will need utility bills (no more than 2 months old) to prove where you live, EAD, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD and aproval letter, Two forms of identification that EAD and social security card should cover it but take your passport just in case they need more stuff with picture to identify you. I would even take my birth certificate in case you get a picky DMV agent.

They transfer cases between offices to even out workload all the time but not before biometrics .don't worry about the transfer because it already happened. Maybe It's better that was transfered to where staff could get to it. how do you know it got transfered? You never know when they would start doing things different. Please let us know

Does This Count As Additional Proof?
Theresa replied to HisWife's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
If you use it, which I think you should, you would have to list the name as the other names used. They mess up names at scchool all the time plus they don't use maiden names and/or they use initials. If your name is not complete in any document and not written in your birth certificate (first, middle, maiden, last) then it should be on "other names used". Use page 7 on I-821 for more room -

Social Security Number Ever Used?
Theresa replied to ileana983's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
They are not asking for fake numbers, they are asking for social security numbers issued by the social security administration ever used. Don't put fake number because that was not given to you by Social Security Administration. Type N/A -
I don't think anyone will buy the fact that he never went to school for 16 years plus not having evidence on continuous presence and proof of being here before his 16th birthday. But the only piece needed is being present before his 16th birthday. Almost made it :/.

Does My Husband Qualify For Dream Act?

I would still put as much as he knows for Long Beach, Ca (he was registered at school and local clinic so you don't want to make it seem like you want to hide it if it comes up) plus he is tied to his citizen brothers etc. -
What about those customer contracts?
