Theresa replied to HisWife's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
I did a lot of looking for addresses ( my mom helped me go way back) We moved around so much growing up that I listed 16 addresses at the age of 30! LOL -

It's a good idea that the forms are together, The reference of my packet that I posted was the way a workshop I volunteered for did them. Make sure you type in or if you write in, use capital letter, sign in blue ink. Dont use high lighter on the important information (the readers have a hard time reading underneath the high lighter) I highlited next or underneath the information. They have these scanner like reader but I also wanted to make it easier on the human reader.

The weight affects the price to send them but USPS has envelopes that would work and whatever you do, don't send it in more than one envelope.

Here is a Reference guide for your husband's application This is what I sent Since I was already 30, I had to send more continuous presence evidence ( in chronological order photos on the front, check next, then the completed forms, etc. ). Most of it was school ids and papers, bank statements, immunization cards, doctors papers, rent contracts, 10. Proof every 3 months from October 2007 to march 2012 (if you are just sending you application, you need send one proof every trimester of 2013 as well and we are currently on the third trimester) I sent 4 papers a year for the continuous presence from June 15, 2007 to The present time ( 1 every 3 months/trimester) You divide each year in 4 like this, January, February, March (anything from this trimester) April, May, June (anything) July, August, September (anything) October, November, December (anything) 7. Getting A Job Without A State Id?
Theresa replied to dottmello's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
That might be enough to some companies but I would run to the nearest DMV to apply for ID before you get busy working. The ID would allow you to lock up your work authorization card when not in use. They will give you a reciept to take to your employer along with your EAD and social security number. -

almost every modern handset allows you to check the call logs internally, they are easily deleted on the phone. For this reason, you can check the call log by contacting your carrier. Keep in mind that you will need the cell phone's account number as well as password for getting hold of this information. Instructions 1 Go to the "Menu" on your phone. Select "Log" or "Calls." Here you will see "Missed Calls," "Received Calls" or "Dialed Numbers." You can select any of these and see the call history record of the phone. The menu options may vary slightly depending on your phone model. 2 Log in to your prepaid phone account on your carrier's website. On your account page, you will be able to access call history records of your cell phone, including outgoing and incoming calls. If you can't find the call log on your account page see the next step. 3 Call the customer services department of your cellular company, if you do not have an online account with the company. Ask the company rep to provide you with the call history record. You may have to disclose some personal information, number to verify that the number rightfully belongs to you. The record will then be emailed to you.

Are you on a lease or something? Did they say they wouldn't? Did the check FB check ins have dates and place? They asked my cousin evidence for dates she had already sent. She resent what she had already sent and got aproved. Maybe they over looked her stuff? Don't lose hope now. I would Resend with affidavits. Better than sending nothing.

Preparers Info . Can Anyone Answerr???
Theresa replied to alcarolina's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
Well, we have been helping each other here and we have not filled that page. I know that lawyers, immigration consultants and organizations do. I helped my cousin and I didn't. -
There is hope that they will only ask for continuous presence from the time you applied to the time you renew and school verification for some that were still in high school or GED goal. They do trust that people are staying in school to obtain their diploma and again they might think 2 years is sufficient to get your GED. Who knows but I hope everyone finishes that requirement as soon as possible, just in case that could be a red light when renewing EAD. :/ They will probably check if we have kept our record clean too.

Yes, you still have to rescind because it your own personal identity number whether you ever used it or not. Credit could be rebuild in the course of 2 years. Just try to obtain credit and find out if you could get credit. Many places are more forgiving than others and will give you a higher interest but that is how you build it. Shop around for different interest rates first to make a decision. There is also the option to refinance big purchases to get better interest as your credit score gets higher.

So happy you finally got it! Not fun when you know it's out there and you can't touch it!

Enter it without the "-" Call them if you keep having difficulties...there might have a glitch

By law you need to rescind your itin since you are only allowed ss or itin and when you do it will. Just pay up and start over. It takes 2 years to recuperate a good credit history so don't let time just go by. Most people on DACA need a co-sign for major purchases. Don't take credit for granted. You may need it in the future to rent, buy and even employers may check it.
