Daca Approval Using Stolen Ssn
Theresa replied to jangsungho3's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
Does your check stub show the whole number? Or does it x out the last 4 digits? A lot of the times even made up numbers for fake ones end up being other people's but the age and name and other personal information is what prevents identity theft. You can send bank statements instead if it makes you feel more comfortable. This is what I sent Since I was already 30, I had to send more continuous presence evidence ( in chronological order photos on the front, check next, then the completed forms, etc. ). Most of it was school ids and papers, bank statements, immunization cards, doctors papers, rent contracts, 10. I sent one proof of every year from 1989-2006 (this also showed I was 15 to prove I was her before I was 16) 9. Proof of June 15, 2007 I sent something that showed the closest, (3 days before and a 5 days after) 8. Proof every 3 months from October 2007 to march 2012 (if you are just sending you application, you need send one proof every trimester of 2013 as well and we are currently on the third trimester) 7. Proof of June 15, 2012 here I had a bank statement that showed my transactions on that day 6. High school Diploma 5. Birth certificate with notirized translation ( I'll try to post an example of the translation and anyone who is bilingual other than you can translated and notirize it). 4. Passport and other school ID's 3. Forms I-821D, I-765, I-765ws, G-1145 2. Cashiers check of $465 made out to US DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY 1. 2 passport photos -
Try to post more resumes than to replying to jobs since companies recieve up to hundreds of enquiries about posted jobs. Don't forget to go in person to register to job agencies. Don't overlook the assistant positions that may lead to something good in the future like experience and promotions and if you see a hiring post that says apply in person or e-mail resume, go in person because maybe they will interview on the spot. Register in LinkedIn and look for employed friends from college (they might refer you or might know about one) I hope you find a job soon!

Claudia, I would do what Jose is suggesting because you fill the requirement of Entered without inspection before June 15, 2012, or your lawful immigration status expired as of June 15, 2012;
-
By law you have to rescind the number. You are only allowed one or the other

If someone young has only worked for a few years, it will really not make huge difference on the retirement credit but if you have dependents with valid ss numbers I would speak to a tax professional to get it squared out and might qualify to go back up to 3 years for unclaimed credits even if you did your taxes. If you don't want to draw attention have a tax proffessional do it for you. People have done this all the time when they got their green card. On the other hand, if you get things squared out now regardless, you might not have to pay tax fines for one of the requirements that Immigration reform bill has. If immigration reform was to pass

Bank statements? Are you on a rental lease for that month? Facebook sign in? I would have your ex-teacher add a formal volunteer form from the school district to that letter.

Received My Work Permit Card , & My I821D Approval Letter But Not...
Theresa replied to Juan1414's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
They only need to send you I-821 aproval letter and the work permit on a separate envelope. The letter for the work permit is he one where the card is attached to. And that's for your records. You'll need your passport, birth certificate, I-821 aproval letter and work permit to get your social security number. -

Drivers License (Rhode Island)
Theresa replied to TheGame1990's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
"Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)" will not only receive a work permit from the immigration authorities but can now, in some U.S. states, apply for a driver's license. A number of states have already indicated that they'll issue driver's licenses to DACA recipients, and others may eventually join in. The joiners include (as of early February, 2013): California Colorado Connecticut Delaware Florida Georgia Hawaii Illinois Indiana Idaho Iowa Kansas Kentucky Maryland Massachusetts Michigan Minnesota Mississippi Missouri Nevada New Hampshire New Jersey New York Oklahoma Oregon Pennsylvania Rhode Island South Carolina Tennessee Texas Virginia Wisconsin In the states of New Mexico, Washington, and Utah, immigration status is not a prerequisite for a driver's license, and so DACA recipients are as eligible as any other applicants. Some states have, however, expressly stated that they will refuse to issue drivers' licenses to DACA recipients, including Arizona and Nebraska. (Residents of those states, don't expect to be able to get one from another state -- driver's license applications usually require you to prove state residency.) -
Work While Waiting For Approval
Theresa replied to romero509's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
A lot of us were working before, during the process and after. It does not affect the DACA. It will be up to he employer if he wants to keep you employed when you try to bring in the new paperwork and ss number to switch from "other information they had on file". :/ -
Many people use their itin for independent contractor (1099) You can get your ein fairly easy granted when you have a valid itin. Check out the following link for further info http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/article/0,,id=98350,00.html

This is when the wait starts...Good Luck!

These are a few things I gathered from different sorces Evidence that you were present December 31,2011 Proof of tax filing (as many as 5 years back, just in case) They might want a paper every 3 months from January 2012 to present time Continuos presence from the day you stepped on US soil ( 1 proof each year till 2010)
-
Dmv will definitely let you know right away on the spot
-
My cousin went the same day she got her appt notice
-
Yes. Most people do a walk-in

Did you imput the number without the "-" ? It won't work with the dashes. Just put in the letters and numbers. I hope that's it
