  1. Rfe Question.

For june 15, 2007 to june 15, 2012: For each year you split it in 4 trimesters and have a proof of evidence for each trimester. 1 proof of evidence for each year since you entered the country up until 2006
  2. Rfe Question.

If you send a Child Birth certificate, then yes u can send some of those appointments because you sign the doctors appointment receipt and they have records of who brought in the minor to see the doctor.
  3. Initial Review Interview !!!!!

I have heard of someone on this forum and basically all they needed to get was a re-biometrics because the finger prints did not show right do to eczema the first time? You'll be fine, don't worry
  4. Marriage To Usc After Daca Approval

If you can prove you entered legally, you don't have to leave the country while you wait for your green card. But don't apply for I-131 (advance parole to travel outside USA) This is especially a problem for people who trigger a reentry bar based on their having been unlawfully present in the U.S. for 180 days or more after the visa has expired. Do a search on each of the forms above on how they are filled out and what are the requirements to qualify and if your spouse qualifies to petition for you as well ( clean record, proper age, economic support guidelines etc. )
  5. Your lawyer probably needed to do the change of address on both reciepts. You get 2 different reciept for for both I-821 and I-765. What I would do if I have to move in between this important time frame, I would do my change of address at he post office as well, so that they forward the mail to the new address before they deliver anything to the old one. You were lucky that your aunt moved in there! Change your address on USCIS site yourself for the reciept connected to the old address and don't forget to do your change of address at the post office for sure.
  6. This means they may now start your background check. A lot of people are getting approved within 3 weeks to up to 8 months after biometrics. You just never know :/
  7. Daca cannot change or help your status. Expired visa can help you with the change of status if you marry a citizen. I'm hoping that we do get privilege in the future when immigration reform is fixed or when they decide to give us more than DACA. We will see what will actually end up happenning. At least something is cooking.
  8. Marriage To Usc After Daca Approval

If both the U.S. Citizen and Foreign National Spouse are in the U.S., the U.S. Citizen may apply for the Foreign National Spouse's Permanent Residence through Adjustment of Status with the USCIS. Who Qualifies: Any U.S. Citizen in the United States with a Foreign National Spouse who entered the U.S. legally with a visa or a visa waiver. It is OK if the visa or I-94 has expired. An Overview of the Process: Once the marriage has taken place, you and your spouse need to fill the following with USCIS: Petition for Alien Relative (USCIS Form I-130) Application to Register Permanent Residence (USCIS Form I-485) Biographic Information (USCIS Form G-325A) Affidavit of Support (USCIS Form I-864) Permission for Work Authorization (Optional) (USCIS Form I-765) Medical Examination Results (USCIS Form I-693) The appropriate supporting documents The USCIS filing fees (You can get the forms from uscis.gov) Then.... 1. The USCIS will contact you first regarding the Biometrics / Fingerprinting Appointment. 2. The USCIS will then issue the work authorization and permission to travel approximately 90 days after filing. 3. The USCIS will contact you next to schedule an interview. This will be anywhere from 6 months to 9 months after filing the initial application, depending on the office processing your application. 4. Following a successful interview, you will receive a stamp classifying you as a Conditional Permanent Resident. 5. USCIS will mail the Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) approx 4-8 weeks after the successful interview. 6. The Conditional Status may be dropped by applying for Removal of Conditional Status (USCIS Form I-751) within 90 days of the 2 year anniversary of the granting of Conditional Permanent Residency. Good luck!!! :-)

    This should help you http://www.dreamersare.us/2012/08/completed-sample-uscis-form-i-821d.html
  11. This quick 2 year permit will prevent you from being deported and it may be renewed, so you are talking about 4 year minimum, and having a lisence, ss number and work permit? My mom had a work permit in the 90's for 10 years that she would renew every 2 years until my dad was able to fix her papers.
  12. Affidavit?

You should have been on tax forms as a dependent
  13. Transcripts Question

You are to send copies unless they specifically ask for original or sealed. You will also never recuperate original documents if sent.
  14. My cousin flew to new Orleans after getting her EAD and she wanted to test using her "never been stamped passport" to test that she only needed that but of course she had her EAD in her purse just in case and they did not asked for it. A friend of ours has not received her EAD but has been traveled to many states for work for the past few years and the only thing she has ever used is her Mexican passport.
  15. Marriage To Usc After Daca Approval

DACA does not affect your ability to receive residence through your USC spouse but also, does not help you with the "change of status". But you can if you came with a visa (even though you over stayed your visa and it's expired now). If you did not come in with a visa, there is another way to do it but you might need to see a lawyer to help you with 601A
  16. i-765ws--need help.

For the working Dreamer (me) I am currently working full-time to pay for my living expenses. I provide entirely for myself: rent, transportation, food and bills etc. However, I am at high risk of losing my job because I dont have a work authorization. I am applying for a work permit under Deffered Action to be able to keep my job and hopefully obtain a degree in the near future for myself and advance professionally. For the student or unemployed (my cousin) I am currently a full-time student with the help of my grandmother to pay for my living expenses. I am also trying to find a job to be able to take over the expenses entirely for myself and my 4 year old daughter: rent, transportation, food, bills, etc. However, I am at high risk at losing a job as I find one because I don't have a work authorization. I am applying for a work permit under Deffered Action to obtain a work authorization to be able to find a fair-paying job and hopefully obtain a degree in the near future and I really hope to be considered.
  17. I Sent My App, This Afternoon!!

    Wow! Congrats!
  18. !

Welcome! We all have that "secret" and we all know what is like. It's like we walk on the same shoes
  19. Please Help Me,

It'll get there. Don't worry. Unless it says delivered, it will be delivered. Then allow a few days to get your uscis reciept. Listen to Jose because he is always right. Congratulations for having sent your application
  21. In Need Of Help!

Yes, you are right The spouse (Wife or Husband) does not have to have been in the US legally the entire time, just prove that he/she entered legally with a passport/visa the last time and remained in the US even if the visa or I-94 expired already (overstay).
  22. Daca Not Approved

Call them and politely ask them if you happen to have any outstanding tickets and if they say yes, tell them that you would like to pay them. They will probably tell you how you can send the payment. I would take care of the tickets first.
  23. In Need Of Help!

At www.uscis.gov you can find the fees for each form
  24. In Need Of Help!

The requirements for these petitions don't mention anything about not having any temporary status at the time of summition or during the petition length. us citizen to petition for immediate relative would file I-130 and I-485 at the same time. Then once that is aproved, you would need to file i-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver as of march 4, 2013 To learn more about I-601A go to the USCIS website
  25. In Need Of Help!

Applying for deferred action doesn't cancel anything. If you are on a waiting list, that does not give you legal status. So, assuming you have no legal status, then yes, you can apply without jeopardizing your green card application.
