  1. Help!

There has been a lot of concern with the passport photos and I also heard, its not entirely necessarily, but I preferred to be safe than sorry and I did send in those pictures. I sent them in because I read it on the instructions for the I765. When you go to the USCIS website and download the instructions for the I765, this data is available on page 6. Heres the link: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-765instr.pdf
  2. D:

Currently there isnt any expiration date Dana
  3. Whatever that lady is smoking she better hand it over...lol
  4. wow..so did I, is California really joining the bandwagon of haters? (Arizona, Nebraska, Mississippi)
  5. I like it, it seems more condensed..and direct at the same time..
  6. I-765 Worksheet Question

I get paid in cash without using a fake ss# & i reported it. Im not going to lie.
  7. Exactly, when you sign on for a job, you follow orders. So, this is just me talking about my opinions...before DACA, they didnt feel any type of remorse when a mother who left her children in day care was asking them to give her a few minutes to make a call before deporting her, to make sure someone picked up her children. But they feel offended when they are asked to follow new orders??? Give me a break...
  8. Here the link you asked for Alejandra: Its the link for the instructions to the I821D: Page 3, #3d http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/files/form/i-821dinstr.pdf
  9. The reason I made this post is for exactly that reason, because many people think that because of mistakes they commited in their youth they are IMMEDIATELY disqualified from applying for DACA. Each case will be reviewed on a "case by case" basis. IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, if the mistakes one commited in their youth havent been repeated, like say shoplifting at 13 and youre now 26 and applying, that shouldnt affect you IN MY PERSONAL OPINION becasue you didnt do it again. Obviously, you learned your lesson. Everyone deserves a second chance and all Im trying to do with this post is tell people not to give up soo easily. Have hope.
  10. have clean fingers...lol
  11. Current Immigration Status

We'll know soon enough if those who put "Unlawful Status DACA by ICE" is right or wrong.
  12. Im surprised that none of us moderators thought of posting the address of where to send the applications. Great job.
  13. Current Immigration Status

I read this post over and over again and I can say that on my application I put for #15 Unlawful Status by DACA by ICE. I feel that is correct. The part you have highlighted under red continues to say file a stand alone form of I765 with a copy of that notice. I respect your opinion/answer but respectfully disagree.
  14. Change is never easy Rawf and yes its hard to move but starting all over is also exciting. A fresh start is always good.
  15. I agree with Jose on this one. This act is mostly for people who have no lawful status and that havent even been able to work. But to be sure, itd be better if you sought an attorneys advice.
  16. Ignorance and denial is bliss to some..all we can do is hope they eventually get enlightened
  17. I also have 2 last names, but my whole life Ive only used the first last name, so thats what I put since the beginning of the application. Its up to you what you feel is correct.
  18. Just waiting for some good news....=)

  19. On the guidelines for the USCIS, documentation that can be provided to prove ones identity, it mentions expired visas, it doesnt mention passports but im assuming it may perhaps be included in the same category.Hope this helps. Good luck.
  20. !!!!!!!

He seems pretty emotional about the topic. Im glad he seems so dedicated, people like that, are whom we need on our side. However, he also sees the potential in the people that are getting approved by DACA. Potential future voters who would be guarenteed voters if he runs for higher offices..
  21. It might. You might want to see a lawyer.
  22. Full Deferred Action Instructions

No.. A passport is optional as form of identity. Unless thats what u used to get in the country and irs expired...
