Proving you have resided here for the past 5 years?
itzel replied to JoseG's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
I believe those transaction from ebay should be sufficient as long as the address to where the stuff was sent (your home) is consistent.. -
Bonel895: What they mean when they say "studying" is to people who qualify but are still in high school or if you already have a GED or HS diploma and are in college thats ok too..if you want to verify the information Im giving you, then please contact an attorney.
-
Bonel 895: One of the requirements is having a GED or HS diploma, although you are in the process of obtaining your GED, you cant apply yet. The good news is that DACA doesnt seem to have an expiration date. Wait until you obtain your GED and then you can apply.

itzel replied to Humberto's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
I dont know if you already graduated, if you did, then your high school diploma should be sufficient. If you havent, then the unofficial trancript is enough.. -

Question on Filling out I-821D
itzel replied to ツ alejandriiukz ㋡'s topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
johns right..thats what it says but spelled out. Deferred Action for Childhood arrivals by ICE. I typed my application out and since it didnt fit, me and my degree from the university of DUUUHHHHH decided to leave it blank, print it out and write it by hand..later when I realized that writing Unlawful Status: DACA by ICE would have fit..i felt silly..oh well ssdd...(same shit different day)... -
erick: Read the first post on this topic..its very easy and clear..take it slow..

I agree with Rawf on this one..imagine Arizona with a huge exodus of immigrants who can legally work..this would damage their economy...many of the "dirty" jobs done by immigrants wont be done by the americans thats for sure...I think they should leave arizona and go and get their drivers license and ids in a state that doesnt treat them like shit.

Question on Filling out I-821D
itzel replied to ツ alejandriiukz ㋡'s topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
As I mentioned before Ale, thats really up to you, I did say, I put my city, not a bridge.. For the school, depends if youre handwriting it or typing it..if youre handwriting it, make it fit, if typing put in high school as an abbreviation and add the whole name in the additional information page.. If youre filling it out yourself, you wont need to put a lawyer..i left mine blank. ty for the pic? -
an atomic butt wedgie.

paola: If you have a lawyer and hes recommending that, then follow his advice. I am not an attorney or legal aide but would trust an attorney that I hired... -
